Beach house walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, & activities! Very close to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, St. Andrews State Park, & attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not!

Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 story duplex that has a washer & dryer on site for your needs. Your home will be equipped with free WiFi and 2 smart TV's that have Disney+, Netflix and Hulu ready to go. We also provide charcoal grill, beach gear, board games, and outdoor games for family fun!

This is a duplex where we can host up to 14 guests in both units (see other listings). We also own the duplex next door where we can host another 14 guests to host a total of 28 guests for large groups for all 4 units.

Softball tournament stay

We were in town for a week during a softball tournament, and this location was ideal for the Public fields. Easy walk to the beach and great for our family.

We were there June 18-21 and our major complaint was....the Ocean would not cooperate. It was double red flags most of our time there..so no wading ..except the day before we left..but the duneplex was great for us. Its not on the beach or one of those fancy highrise condos, but its not far from anything at the beach and for our family of four and small dog it was great, we were kinda surprised there was no dishwasher..but the kids and wife had to substitute. Alicia was a great hostess who was very helpful ,and full of information about things to do and places to go and anything else we could need so if you have a group of 5-7 looking to stay chill its good..we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we return hope to stay with her again.

We are catastrophe insurance adjusters who both love real estate and the beach so we decided to buy the PCB Duneplex and make our dreams of home ownership near the beach a reality. We live full time in our RV traveling the country for work and settle down in Panama City Beach when we are not working.
