Lower Grand Lagoon is a haven for watersports, fishing and dolphin sighting with deep-water channel to St. Andrews Bay and Gulf. Watch dolphin directly from the dock or venture out to explore using the provided Stand-Up Paddleboards (2) or Kayak.
Head to the beach or local restaurants/coffee shops on the Beach Cruiser bicycles (2) or take the wagon filled with beach supplies, sand toys and games including SpikeBall, KanJam and Paddleball.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove sand before entering house using dock-shower or hose.
Rinse Stand Up Paddleboards and return to storage bags. Return beach accy and bikes/helmets to storage shed.
Retractable close-line at outdoor pavilion to dry swimwear and beach items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our waterfront home is within a quiet beach community neighborhood that is close to everything the Panama City Beach area has to offer. This includes boating, fishing, beaches, family entertainment, and restaurants accessible by land or boat. Activities like golf, tennis or pickleball all available within a 10-minute drive.
You can also relax on the private dock while observing dolphin, fish and shore birds up-close and explore the Lower Grand Lagoon at your leisure.
