Living area 44 m², combined living / sleeping room (2 separate beds), terrace, kitchenette, sofa, color TV, radio (satellite system), bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking for cars (carport) and bicycles on the property of the house. Community space (Klönecke) with barbecue,
- comfortable and lovingly furnished apartments (new building) in a sunny location - quiet residential area between the harbor and the Baltic Sea; Both can be reached in a few minutes, north side (road) wooded, - smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments with consideration for subsequent guests. However, a smoking corner is located in the backyard area (Klönecke) - the required bed linen is to be booked separately as additional service (linen package) or before arrival at the landlord for the price of 10 € / pers. to be ordered.- Hand towels, shower and tea towels are to bring or can be borrowed from the landlord (price as needed).
