LIVING AREA

A leather sofa bed and armchair offer ample seating around the gas fireplace. Get cozy and stream favorite shows on the Roku TV. A beanbag that converts into a full-size bed provides additional sleeping space.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chic, modern kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Helpful gadgets include a blender and coffee maker.

When you’re ready to eat, serve up hearty home-cooked meals at the dining table for four. (There are also two additional chairs.)

This contemporary condo sleeps four guests between the lofted bedroom and the queen sofa bed in the living area.

Open to the living area below, the lofted bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Great location

Cute but lots of trouble
Upon arrival we could not access the TV and had to call a local Vacasa manager whom it took a couple hours to get it working for which we went out and purchased remote batteries. There was no closet to hang our clothing so again the local manager brought a small portable hanging rack for which we purchased hangers. The AC unit in the loft bedroom area made noises at night and constantly dripped water down the wall within two feet of the bed making puddles on the floor that we kept stepping in. We had to use a couple bath towels daily to soak up the water and then wash the towels regularly. The glass ware in the kitchen had a cloudy film on it and some of the bowls and plates had dirty rings on them. We sent them through the dishwasher but that did not help. So we hand washed everything. There were no dish towels provided until we asked and no pot holders for cooking. We were to be there for 18 days and all of our dry goods/groceries had to be left on the counter because there was no cabinet storage with shelves for them. The sofa pillows kept sliding towards the floor and we were constantly pushing them back so we could sit in a somewhat comfortable manner. There was only one other comfortable chair. After encountering all these problems, we left four days early asking for some compensation but all we were offered was $50.00 because of the dishwasher. We would not recommend this particular unit without the owner addressing these issues and making some serious updates.

Great location
Overall a great stay. Coffee maker is terrible. Coffee not hot once made and had to warm in microwave. Found two electric heaters that were very useful to get first floor area warm. Plus used electric fireplace to help heat space. Would stay again - but please put in a good coffee maker.
