This pristine 2BR/2.5BA getaway offers unbeatable access to the slopes, as well as a private balcony with views of the mountains and the fairway. The spacious interior features two lovely suites, as well as a cozy gas fireplace.

Situated at the base of Canyons Village at Park City, the Residences at Blackstone are just a short walk from the Cabriolet ski lift as well as shopping and dining options. Enjoy exclusive access to on-site amenities including a heated pool, a hot tub, and a state-of-the-art fitness center -- all open year-round. During the winter season, receive complimentary door-to-door service to the gondola and other Canyons Village attractions.

LIVING AREA

The luxe living area features mountain views and ample comfy seating, including a queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 60” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The pristine kitchen is fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware to create meals.

Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-person table.

BED & BATH

Find comfort in the master bedroom, which provides a king bed, a 50” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with two queen beds and a 50” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

Great Condo
This unit was a great option for 4 adults. The rooms were generous in size although the beds in one room said they are queens but they were full and not as large as a queen. The views from the unit are wonderful as we could look up at the trails and see which ones were getting groomed. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. You will need to buy coffee but there was pam, salt and pepper and many different spices. There were even boxes of plastic wrap and foil. The washer and dryer was a very nice feature and laundry pods were included. The garage was great and the assigned parking spaces couldn’t have been closer to the elevator. Very convenient. The short walk to the cabriolet lift was nice. The listing advertised a locker and there was one in the garage but you would need to bring your own lock and the one there had fishing poles in it. Our only negative criticism was that the unit really didn’t have a place to store our gear. We brought our wet gear into the unit and stored everything but the boots on the balcony outside. It would have been nice to have a designated area to store skis, snowboards and boots. The location in canyons village was great. We used the hot tub and it was a nice way to end a ski day.

Pleasantly Surprised - Better Than Expected
The pictures do no do this condo justice. It is a very nice, clean, modern condo. You will have everything that you need here. We were even supplied with plenty of detergent, dish soap, toiletries, etc. for our 12 night stay. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

Nice property, what does "luggage storage" mean?
I still don't know. Luggage storage was clearly included as an amenity in the listing. I paid a 5 star price for this rental, and was assured by one employee on the phone (mgmt is hundreds of miles away) that there was luggage storage. 3 stars is the best I can do.

Great stay
Had a great stay. Close to cabriolet lift, 5min walk. Enjoyed to hot tub, clean, everything you need. Not a criticism but just one small recommendation, a coat rack for the ski coats would make it perfect.
