Snowball Inn is a second-floor home at the Blackstone Flats with spectacular ski and mountain views. The Blackstone community has its own clubhouse, heated pool, spa, and fitness room for residents. There are free on-demand shuttles to Canyons Village in the winter. A short walk to the bus stop takes you to Park City in free electric buses all year long.
THE SPACE
Relax in comfort with its 1,190 sq. ft. of inviting living space. Recharge your batteries in one of the two bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. Whip up a delicious meal with quality Viking appliances in a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer. Enjoy the natural light, golf, and mountain views from each bedroom. During the winter, put on your ski boots in the home, walk outside to take a free on-demand shuttle to the ski slopes or a short walk to the Cabriolet. Soak, relax, and exercise at the Blackstone community heated pool, spa, and fitness room. As a bonus, every room has the comfort of its own fireplace and smart TV to retreat to.

The kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances - fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. Other appliances include coffee maker and toaster oven. The kitchen is stocked with crockery (plates, cups, bowls), flatware (knives, forks, spoons), and cookware (pots, pans, utensils).

Both bedrooms enjoy their own king bed, fireplace, and en-suite bathrooms.
BATHROOMS
Both bedroom bathrooms have double vanities and hairdryers. The master bathroom enjoys a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom enjoys a tub/shower. In the common area you will find a comfortable half bathroom shared with the private washer and dryer.
PARKING
There is a dedicated indoor parking garage with one assigned parking space. Additional first come first serve outdoor parking is available.
THE COMMUNITY
Blackstone is a well-maintained community for vacation rental and permanent residency. It is a short walk to the Canyons Cabriolet and direct access to skiing, shopping, and dining options in the Canyon’s Village of the Park City Mountain Resort. In the winter, a free on-demand shuttle takes residents to all major locations in Canyons Village. Driving takes 10 minutes to Main Street in Park City, 10 minutes to Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Blackstone also offers guests year-round access to its community clubhouse, fitness center, hot tub, and heated pool.

We can provide a form for documenting pre-existing damage/condition and a claim form for damage during your stay (for those with Vacation Rental Damage Insurance).
CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets unless allowed, no indoor smoking, and pre-entry cleaning.
DAMAGE INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
OTHER INSURANCE:
Guest agrees that PMI Park City and property owner are not responsible for any loss or damage during the term of the rental agreement. Guest agrees to carry insurance covering all personal property brought to the unit by Guest and bears full responsibility for any damage including damage from fire, water, theft, or any cause.
