About this property

This penthouse Branson condo has great view of Table Rock Lake, elevator access, and is close to everything Branson has to offer.

This is our personal condo and we take pride in making it convenient for our guest and ourselves while away from home by keeping it extremely well stocked (a comment we regularly receive on reviews for our other condo). We have been hosting guest at our condo at Lake Ouachita for 3 years. We are super hosts with lots of experience and great reviews.

We love the views this 4th floor penthouse condo offers without having to climb any stairs to get them. There is an elevator and luggage carts to make move in and out easy. Our favorite spot is the sunroom overlooking the lake. Whether enjoying your morning coffee or your favorite evening beverage, this spot is sure to help you decompress.

This condo is a great option on holidays. You can see fireworks from the condo on the 4th of July and New Years and my wife decorates for Christmas as well.

Family Getaway

Family get together to just hangout and relax. The condo had everything you need, very well stocked and very clean. Beautiful view of the water from the sunroom! Loved having an elevator to the top floor. We do recommend this condo and will be back!

The Best

Three retired teachers stayed for a girls’ getaway. The condo was fantastic! It was so clean, beautifully decorated and loved the extras such as a first aid kit! I can definitely say this was the best of any I’ve ever stayed. We all felt pampered while we were there having our own bedroom and bath. We spent evenings enjoying a glass of wine looking at the gorgeous views from the deck. We plan on returning in the future.

Easter break at Table Rock

Very pleasant and peaceful! We all had a lovely time spent in the penthouse. We enjoyed the quiet tranquility and the beautiful views. The hosts had thought of everything for an easy family vacation.

Beautiful view and property

This vacation rental was really perfect for our stay in Branson. Loves the aspect of every bedroom having a bathroom. The layout of the place is ideal for our group. There is plenty of gathering space as well as private areas. Being able to enjoy fantastic views, inside the sunroom or on the patio, was a unique feature. There was nothing that could have been better. Having an elevator makes the 4th floor a non-issue. The video the owner provides with an orientation was very helpful! Lastly, the location was great. It was close to everything but not as congested as other parts of the area. We'd recommend this property to anyone!

Clean and great location

The homeowners were always responsive when we reached out. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, spices, cookware and other necessities. The condo is decorated nicely and all the beds are comfortable! The check out process is easy, they don't leave you a long "to do" list like other properties we visited. There's a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony and the sunset is amazing. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Our family loves being on and near the water. In 2019 we bought a condo on Lake Ouachita near Hot Springs Arkansas because we love the beautiful lake and the Ouachita National Forest that surrounds it. The condo offers great outdoor activities for our family and guest yet is super peaceful with abundant wildlife in the area (often right off our back porch). While we really enjoy ourselves every time we go, sometimes we also want more entertainment and shopping with more dining options. Because of this, in 2022 we decided to buy a condo in Branson as well. We have always loved going to Branson because of everything it has to offer. However, we wanted a condo that brought some of the peace we were used to at Lake Ouachita. We settled on a penthouse condo (with elevator access) at the Majestic that offers great views of and access to Table Rock Lake yet is super convenient to Silver Dollar City, the outlets, and all of the shows. We have absolutely loved the place and hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we do.
