In just over 10 minutes you can reach the lawns, the surf school, and the center park with restaurant, terrace, swimming pool, mini golf, pedal boating, mini zoo and climbing forest. The balcony in front of the living room has a size of 20 sqm. The house Nahetalblick is located in a very quiet small cul de sac.
