Located within the greater Waikoloa Beach Resort, this home offer guests easy access to world-class golf, shopping centers, a host of restaurants, a luxury cinema, and a gourmet supermarket. A sofa and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the stylish living area. At night, kick back and settle in to watch your favorite shows on the new 50' TV.

Let your culinary skills shine in the pristine kitchen, equipped with sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, African Mahogany cabinets, and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When it’s time to eat, gather for fresh meals around the six-person dining table. This offers guests three well-appointed bedrooms. Find supreme comfort in the primary suite, complete with a brand new king bed, a TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third is outfitted with two brand-new twin beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Delight in year-round Halii Kai amenities that include a private ocean club and open-air bar, an oceanfront heated lagoon-style saltwater pool, a keiki (kids) pool, a hot tub, an open-air fitness center, tennis, a picnic area, on-site open-air dining, and a guest services desk, plus WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for one car in an assigned space outside the unit, labeled (18E) outside of the unit across the street near the tennis court. The garage is not available for guest use. A $20/day resort fee is required upon check-in. This ground-floor unit offers step-free access.

Waikoloa Beach Resort boasts two golf courses, two shopping centers, two hotels, and a host of dining and entertainment options. Additional resort amenities include a luxury cinema and a gourmet supermarket at the Queen's Marketplace.

A pleasant stay in Hali'i Kai
We have stayed in various units at Halii Kai at least 10 times over the years, probably more, and keep coming back to this development. This unit is 3 bdrms / 2 baths. It is further from the pool than we would like, but it fit our needs and budget quite well this year. Being on the ground floor was great if you don't like hauling your luggage up stairs, and the spacious lanai opened directly onto the lawn, perfect for a quick morning walk. It was generally clean and comfortable. Three small complaints. First, most of these units have beach chairs for use at the nearby beaches like Mauna Kea and Hapuna. This 3 bedroom unit had one chair suitable for an adult, and 3 that kids could use. We were disappointed that there were not 2 chairs for adults; 4 adult chairs would have been ideal. Second, there was no grill on the lanai. Most units do, including the units next door, but not this one. So that changed our meal plans considerably. To be fair, the "amenities" list did not include a grill, and we will look more carefully when we select a unit for our next stay. Third, the electronic lock on the front door required you to enter 10 digits, and the keypad was quite fussy -- if you did not press the 10 key sequence exactly right, the red light would flash and you would have to start over. This was very frustrating. A 10 digit code seems extreme, when my bank PIN is only 4-6 digits. Bottom line is that we had a GREAT TIME in Hali'i Kai again, and will return.

Wonderful place overall. Every kitchen amenity you could need. Lots of beach supplies. Beautiful pool & hot tub with ocean views. This is a ground floor unit so you don't need to carry luggage up any stairs. Would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend to others!
