LIVING AREA
Your 3,100 square foot townhouse features an open-concept living room, a spacious balcony, and access to the complex’s pool, spa, and clubhouse.
After a fun-filled day of alpine adventures, relax on the queen-size leather sleeper sofa or matching love seat in the sun-soaked living room. Another sofa offers seating around a gas fireplace and a 70” TV with Roku and Xbox.
KITCHEN & DINING
The granite-lined kitchen was made for entertaining, complete with a six-person breakfast bar and a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a side-by-side fridge and gas range.
When it's time to eat, head to the 10-person dining table for a family-style feast.
BED & BATH
This two-story townhome sleeps six guests between the four bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom features a king bed.
All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary has its own 70” TV, plus an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower.
The three guest rooms each showcase their own unique style, and a guest bathroom on this floor has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. Another half bath on the main floor adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy the fresh air and mountain views on the balcony. Fire up the gas grill for a cookout any time of year.
The complex clubhouse, pool, and spa are less than half a mile from your door. Treat yourself to a refreshing dip or a restorative soak.

Parking is available for one vehicle (only) in the shared driveway with the homeowner. The garage is not accessible to guests and street parking is not allowed. Guest will be liable for any parking fees by the HOA.
Please note that the home downstairs is sometimes occupied by the homeowner.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
