Vila Emona apartments are located on the edge of the downtown of Ljubljana where was Roman Empire’s small yet strategically important city of Emona. Two thousand years before today’s Ljubljana, the Roman town of Emona stood in this place – a walled urban settlement with a square layout of streets, a central forum, other public buildings, and even water supply and sewers. This was one of the foundations of today’s city, beautiful Ljubljana. With the pride of our history and heritage, we named our Vila Emona.
