Upstairs and downstairs living areas each come furnished with wall-mounted smart TVs for household convenience. For a little friendly competition and family fun, the upstairs living area includes a game nook complete with a Ping-Pong table and selection of classic board games. Find a spot on the wraparound, recliner-sofa or sink into one of the over-sized beanbag chairs for a family movie night.

The full kitchen comes gorgeously equipped with a sleek set of stainless steel appliances, for easy home-cooking and meal prep, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. There's seating for six at the island breakfast bar and full meals can be enjoyed together at the banquet dining table.

Head out to the back patio for morning coffee and afternoon cookouts using the gas grill provided. In the evenings toast to good times with your favorite beverage.

Don't worry if you don't have a boat, the marina offers power boats, Sea-Doo, and non-motorized rentals less than a quarter-mile from your front door! You and your guests will also enjoy access to a nearby bike trail that winds completely around the lake as well as a playground for the little ones. When you need a break from activities on the beautiful clear water lake, Garden City has everything from their famous raspberry shake to a tasty meal to suit everyones appetites (all within one-and-a-half miles of the home).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
