Beautiful new hot tub, pool table, TV's and amazing views of the Bear Lake. It can sleep 20 people and is perfect for all ages. Road to the home is now paved, making the access to the home easier for all vehicles. This home is just minutes away from everything. Utah State Marina, Shops, restaurants, Beaver Mountain and of course the lake.

Beautiful Property and View

The house is in a beautiful area and has a beautiful view. It has a wonderful design with open areas and cozy fireplaces. It was the perfect house to snuggle up, play games, and hit the slopes of Beaver Mountain (which is only a 10 minute drive).
