The lake is a quick five minute drive down the hill, and you won`t have to worry about overcrowded beaches because this home includes access to Ideal Beach Resort! Ideal Beach Resort has private beach access (only available to those with a pass), pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, a large grassy area, plenty of shade, water sport rentals, mini golf, playgrounds, ice cream shop, and many activities suited for children, teens, and families!

Main Level
Guests rave about the gorgeous decor in this home! The first bedroom once entering the home has a king bed and a smart TV. A full bathroom separates the first bedroom from the master suite. The master is spacious and stylish with a king bed and smart TV. A 3/4 bathroom completes the suite. Another bedroom is on this floor with a queen bed.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for the chefs in the group to prepare and serve meals. In addition to the standard kitchen appliances, there is also a wine cooler and K-Duo Keurig coffee maker. Guests can dine at the sturdy dining table or patio furniture. A living room is connected to the kitchen for relaxing, watching movies and making memories.

Downstairs
There is no shortage of excitement and relaxation at this vacation rental! Take your pick between playing pool, playing games, watching movies, or preparing snacks at the wet bar

There are FOUR bedrooms downstairs; three with queen beds and a bunk room that the kids will adore! The bunk room has 3 built-in twin bunk beds with stairs leading to the top bunks.

Outdoors
Guests can enjoy the private hot tub year-round or the fire stove under the deck. During the warmer months, the 30-foot deck is the perfect place to enjoy a raspberry shake and read a book. A BBQ grill is also on the deck. Enjoy views of the Caribbean of the Rockies right from the property! No camping, including RV camping, allowed in this HOA.

Parking at Bear Lake House is large enough for guests, a boat/jet skis and/or ATVs. For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution.
