Family and Friends

We had a group of family and friends stay in this beautiful home. The view was amazing and we were close to the lake without being in all of the traffic in town.

Smith reunion

The property was large enough to house all 25 of us comfortably. We appreciated the proximity to the lake, Limber Pine Trail, Garden City, and the grocery stores. I would absolutely recommend this venue.

The house is great. Just enough room. Pickleball court was so much fun (you have to bring your own paddles and balls). Master bedroom not included in the rental on the main level, so just important to know if you have a family member who has difficulty with stairs. But we definitely will come again. We had a blast. The internet in that area is not great, I brought my own Starlink (maybe something to think about).

Beautiful Views. Beautiful Memories.

So many sleeping options! Large accommodating kitchen. We had 9 adults, 3 teens, and 12 under 12. This home had space for all of us to come together and have a great time.

Perfect Family Getaway

Property was well kept and great for all ages. Everyone in the family had a great time. Great view of the water from the deck. Not too far from town. Definitely would recommend this to anyone. Ryan was great about keeping us updated and making sure we were taken care of.

A cabin at Bear Lakekk

This property was up on the mountain just as you come on highway 89 to where you can see Bear Lake. It was pretty inside and out. It was close to the beaches as well as other activities that are fun for a family. Bridgerland Adventure Park is only 4 minutes away and the town of Garden City with all its activities and food is only about 7 minutes away. The cabin was perfect for the 28 members of our family who came together for a fun weekend.

This home is really nice. It has such a beautiful overlook of Bear Lake. The rooms are nice. Plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Ryan, the manager was so kind and helpful and very fast at returning my texts.

Location was amazing and Ryan was a very responsive and great host. The property was clean and well stocked, which was great for our stay. Our only problems were not enough blankets to have one per bed (luckily we brought a few of our own) and the pool table sticks were all broken but one- so it made playing difficult. The sports court was great, but again, we luckily brought our own paddles and balls for pickleball- otherwise it wouldn’t have been very beneficial. So the amenities were fun for the kids but they could use a little bit of a refresh. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we really enjoyed our trip to Bear Lake and working with Ryan!

Bear Lake in July

The property was clean, modern and well maintained. Our check in went smoothly except for miscommunication with property manager and cleaning service. We felt that the arrival of cleaning people 45 minutes after our arrival was intrusive and unprofessional since we had already found the sheets and made the beds ourselves. The WiFi service was terrible and we were only able to stream video service from one TV at a time during our stay. On the positive side the rooms were very large with plenty of space to gather in the kitchen, dining and family room. Lots of parking too!

Great Rental

Beautiful cabin with a great view of Bear Lake. Well stocked with many supplies. Two fridges to accommodate food for a crowd. Very close to Garden City so great access to restaurants and stores. My only complaints are: they had tons of bunk beds but only 3 larger beds, and I wish there was at least one more bathroom. Both of those might be fine for a different dynamic of group though!

The views from this place were spectacular, and the wrap around deck was a perfect place to enjoy the view! The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager was great to work with. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great Location...but no grass

The property itself was great! Plenty of room. Very clean inside. Plenty of bathrooms which is important for a large family. But we were very disappointed that the listing only stated that it was "mountain lanscaped". This actually meant there is NO landscaping. There is nowhere for families to play outside.
