You'll love this 6300 square foot Multi Family Lodge that is close to the lake. Located in Snow Meadows near Garden City park. We are just a few minute drive from all the restaurants stores in Garden City and Garden City Park beach. 10-15 minutes to Rendezvous Beach State Park. It is perfect for 5 to 7 families to get together and enjoy all that Garden City Has to offer.

The house also includes a 1200 square foot game room with a Rockwall, Foam Pit, Indoor Playground, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Air hockey Table and Basket Ball Hoop game. Out side is a 5000 square foot grass field with a volley ball net.

The Lodge is located about a mike from beach access at Garden City Park. Convenient Garden City location right next to bike path. You can easily park 12 vehicles. There is easy year round road access.

Sleeps 42 in Beds, 10 more with pullouts and extra mattresses. Maximum occupancy of 52. Eight private bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps 14 in beds with lots of extra space.

Double oven and 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. Lots of open space for reunions, family gatherings and large groups.

Great place for a family reunion!

This was an awesome place for a family reunion. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved the play area. The yard is large enough to play family games in. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Amazing property

Great property, the outside lights were burnt out, so we couldn't see to get to the front door, but we all had phones with lights so it was fine. Inside was great. Nice and clean lots of bedrooms.

Family Reunion Fun and Togetherness

Had our family reunion at this property with over 40 people. There was plenty of space to gather for eating and activities together. The play area was a big hit for my grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Close the Garden City Park and Bear Lake Marina

Perfect for our family reunion

We so enjoyed our time at Aspen Lodge. It was the perfect place for our family reunion. Kids and adults enjoyed the house and the memories created there. I was honestly surprised that not only did the house fit our whole family… but there was room to spare!? The kids were never bored here, and that’s saying something. It was the perfect place for everyone. Grateful for a warm and welcoming home to share with loved ones.

Great house

This house is very comfortable for a large family It is well organized and we had everything we needed. It has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 36 people. We especially loved the garage made into a playroom with climbing wall and foam pit, with stuff for the teenagers to do. We had a very good time.

Great stay for a multi-generational family reunion

Our family had a great three-day weekend at the Aspen Lodge. The grandkids loved the game room/garage as well as the upstairs/loft. Parents and grandparents mostly enjoyed the family room and the kitchen area. And the yard with volleyball was great. Some 6-bedroom cabins sleep 30+ people with lots of bunkbeds squeezed into the bedrooms, but the kitchen can only handle 10 people at a time. The Aspen Lodge kitchen can seat over 30 people in the kitchen plus overflow into the family room. Great place for a family reunion.!

AMAZING!! Will stay again

This house had absolutely everything we could need, the amount of beds for the people we had, was absolutely amazing. It was accommodating for everyone from my elderly grandparents to my niece and nephew who are just infants. The amount of games that are available and puzzles and so many fun things to do kept us entertained the entire time. The playroom was also a huge hit with all the kids and adults! We used the volleyball net every night and loved it and my kids had a blast playing with the tetherball. Tami was so easy to communicate with and made everything so easy and simple. Anytime we go to Bear Lake with my big family I will be sure to see if this house is available!!!

We spent 6 days and 5 nights as a group of 40 and had a fantastic time!! The home was outfitted with everything we needed and more for cooking, chatting, and recreating.The living and dining spaces were so big and comfortable for a large group, and we danced and played on the lawn, enjoyed meals on the patio, and spent HOURS of fun in the gameroom! Not to kention movie night on the projector screen...Check in was so easy and Tami was very accomodating and quick to communicate! Check out was simple, not alot required. Highly recommend Aspen Lodge!

This was our second time at this property and my family of 20 people from 2 years old to 40 loved it! Our weather wasn’t that great. Our beach day got totally washed out with thunder and lightening, but it didn’t mater. We returned back to the Aspin lodge and we all took showers and baths which was amazing that we all had hot water. I love that each bathroom is fully equipped with body wash, shampoo and cream rince. There’s plenty of everything you will need and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked with slow cookers, an instant pot, 2 griddles for breakfast and even two fridges. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and there’s plenty to do. Our family played and played. We had such a great time playing games and renewing our relationships. We all love this house! We love all the beds and especially the bunk room! It was great fun! We have so many treasured memories and have decided this home is going to become our bear lake home.

Just as advertised. The games are in good functioning order. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen worked great. Lots of open space for gathering and visiting. Lawn area was big enough for out door games. There were high chairs, extra bedding, and some beach stuff available. Having bedrooms on the mainfloor was a big deal for our limited mobility members of our family.We had 35 people.

Great family reunion

The grandkids loved the playroom, especially the foam pit and climbing wall. Lots of space for everyone. The fire pit was a nice touch and there was plenty of seating to cover meals and being together as a large group. Maybe a little short on bathroom space but overall a great place.

Our stay at the Aspen Lodge exceeded our expectations. Our party had 40 people, ranging from 2 on up- all here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The indoor play area was especially nice. What a great idea! This made Aspen Lodge truly exceptional. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The huge lawn for volleyball and outdoor games was great. And the lodge is very close to Bear Lake for boating fun. Thanks Tami for a great experience.
