About this property

Aspen Lodge. Family Fun, Foam pit, Indoor play area. Great for large groups!

You'll love this 6300 square foot Multi Family Lodge that is close to the lake. Located in Snow Meadows near Garden City park. We are just a few minute drive from all the restaurants stores in Garden City and Garden City Park beach. 10-15 minutes to Rendezvous Beach State Park. It is perfect for 5 to 7 families to get together and enjoy all that Garden City Has to offer.

The house also includes a 1200 square foot game room with a Rockwall, Foam Pit, Indoor Playground, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Air hockey Table and Basket Ball Hoop game. Out side is a 5000 square foot grass field with a volley ball net.

The Lodge is located about a mike from beach access at Garden City Park. Convenient Garden City location right next to bike path. You can easily park 12 vehicles. There is easy year round road access.

Sleeps 42 in Beds, 10 more with pullouts and extra mattresses. Maximum occupancy of 52. Eight private bedrooms and a bunkroom that sleeps 14 in beds with lots of extra space.

Double oven and 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. Lots of open space for reunions, family gatherings and large groups.

My family enjoyed their time at Aspen Lodge. The kids loved the game room and the big lawn area where they could run and play games. We appreciated the large kitchen/dining area that was big enough for us to gather our family. Cooking equipment could be updated but everything else was enjoyed by all of us.

Aspen lodge was just right for our group of 28 adults and 12 children (8 family units). it had a more spacious gathering area than I had anticipated (the entry, dining, and "TV Room" are contiguous) and the play area is generous; the kids had a great time there and were entertained throughout our 3 night stay. The Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, The patio is great towards the evening (it is on the east side and in the shadows as the sun moves lower in the sky in the late afternoon and evening). The grass area is generous with plenty of room for gqmes. Check in and check out were a snap. Five stars.

We found it to be clean and well supplied with all we needed We truly enjoyed our time there. The towel holder in the half bathroom came off when my grandson was drying his hands. It must have been ready to break because he is an adult and would not have done anything to break it. We love Bear Lake vacations and Aspen Lodge accommodated us very well with lots of rooms and fun things inside and outside for all ages. Thank you for keeping this place so clean for your guests.

The game room was SO fun! One thing we really appreciated was having big gathering spaces, tons of tables in the kitchen for large family meals, and tons of sofas in the lounging room, and everywhere else. It was a great stay! Our host was responsive to our questions about weather conditions (winter in Bear Lake can be a thing) and we loved staying at this beautiful property!

This place was perfect for our family get together. The kids loved the play area which is well stocked with toys besides the things you see in the pictures. The tables and chairs in the kitchen were enough for our group. The beds were fairly comfortable. This place is a little older but the price made it so we could do this little stay after we traveled to the Bear Lake area for the burial of my father. Thank you.

The Cabin was much bigger and spacious than we had imagined from the pictures. We had PLENTY of seating for meals and for lounging for 37. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and prepping food. The play room was perfect for all the grandkids to run around in and entertain them with lots of options without tons of noise echoing throughout the house. Some of the beds were slightly wobbly but overall there weren’t any complaints about any of the rooms. The backyard was perfect for playing volleyball and other yard games and we loved playing tetherball. The house was right off the walking trail which made for fun evening and morning strolls. We were less than 5 min from the beach, shopping, fishing, pickleball courts and playgrounds. We definitely plan to use the cabin again for our large family reunions again!

My family and I stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and we absolutely loved it. The home was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a large family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and each space was filled with items that made it easy for all ages to enjoy.We especially appreciated the large kitchen, which worked perfectly for our big family gatherings. The added Christmas tree made the home feel extra cozy and special for the holidays. The location was great, with amazing views, and it truly felt like the perfect place to make lasting memories.
