If you want to stay in Seabrook you need to follow these specific guidelines.

Very important!!! please tell me the number of vehicles you will have when you book, so I can revise the quote. It's $40 per vehicle per stay including LSV.

If you want to access the amenities on the island, you need to call the amenity office at (843)768-3942 48 hours in advance or there will be a late fee charge from the office of $75. The $75 fee will be included for any last minute bookings. You can also pre order the club card at Seabrookisland.com, just tap on the Visit seabrook tab and follow the prompts. Give them the property address 7 Dunecrest trace villa. You will receive the complementary club under our club membership. They will require a $15 deposit to connect your credit card information to the club card. This is why you will need to contact the amenity office 2 weeks in advance just to be safe.
I'm trying to be as up front as I can so you can fully enjoy your stay on this beautiful island. Please Please Please return the amenity cards, it will save you from being charged $15.

Vehicle Registration Steps- I will enter your information into a gate access system and you will receive a text message that says Welcome to Seabrook Island! tap on the link provided and follow the prompts. Doing this will provide you with a QR code that you will present upon arrival.

Club amenity cards are complimentary under our personal membership with a $15 deposit. Amenity cards are required for entry into all facilities. Wristbands will be needed for any person 4 and up to be in the beach club pool complex. Wristbands will need to be worn on either wrist. Fees for activities will be charged to the amenity card and processed to your credit card on file. Seabrook is cashless and do not accept personal credit cards.

Guests have access to the beach club pool complex, restaurants, bar, golf, tennis, equestrian, and the lake house. Guests will pay for the indoor pool and fitness center, green fees for golf and court fees for tennis. Also, the guest will use their amenity card to rent the beach club towels at the towel dispenser. Outside towels are not allowed in the beach club pools. There is a $5 charge per towel per day.

HORSEBACK RIDING IS AVAILABLE!! You will see the Equestrian Center on your left after passing through the gate. There is a charge. Feel free to call on your own as you do not have to be a guest on the island to ride. To Schedule please call 843-768-7541. Recommend that you call 4-6 weeks in advance to book.

Obtaining an Amenity Card
There are two ways to get your Amenity Cards:

Pre-order Amenity Cards through the amenity office by email at AmenityCards@SeabrookIsland.com or online at www.SeabrookIsland.com then click on VISITORS and then select AMENITY CARD PRE-ORDER. After entering your information, the Amenity Office will mail your Amenity Cards to your home address prior to your arrival on Seabrook. Please note that this must be done at least 10 days prior to your Arrival Date to ensure that the cards reach you by mail before you leave for your visit to Seabrook.
Pick up your Amenity Cards at the Amenity Office located outside the Security Gate adjacent to the Seabrook Island Real Estate Office (1002 Landfall Way). If arriving after hours, please get in touch with the Amenity Office to arrange to have the amenity cards left in a drop box outside of their office via email at amenitycards@seabrookisland.com.
All charges to the Amenity Card are linked to the credit card number you provide to the Amenity Office. Please take your credit card with you to the office.

A refundable deposit of $15 per card is required. When the card is returned to the Amenity Office in good condition and working order, the deposit will be returned. To secure your amenity card(s), you will need to provide a credit card to which all charges will be applied during your stay. When you leave Seabrook for the last time, exit using the left lane at the Security Gate and drop the cards in the mailbox attached to the building. There is also a mailbox at the Amenity Office next to the door. When returned, the Amenity Office will credit the deposit to your card within the week. If you have any questions, you can email the Amenity Office directly.
