Apartment 1 "Auerhahn" up to 4 persons + cot - dog allowed

Apartment 1 am Auerhahn is a 100 m² attic apartment. The roof pitches are well insulated, so it is not too hot in summer.
We have a large living room with 3 seater and 2 armchairs as seating.
The living room is equipped with a color TV and DVD player.

One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

In the kitchen you have a dining table for 4 people, a fridge with a small freezer and a fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
A small bathroom with shower, toilet, vanities, towel radiator and window is also available.

We provide you with bed linen and towels.

By arrangement, for short stays up to 5 people can be accommodated. Please specify in the request.

You are welcome to bring along your well-bred dog.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie entsprach exakt der Beschreibung im Internet. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut: Es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor dem Haus (nur etwa 40 Meter entfernt). Zur historischen Altstadt von Wernigerode konnten wir in etwa fünf Minuten laufen. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Supermärkte, die ebenfalls zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten. Hier reichten etwa zwei bis drei Minuten Zeit für den Fußweg aus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Wernigerode sehr genossen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Eine tolleFerienwohnung mit viel Platz ganz in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Wir haben wirklich gar nichts vermisst und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort ! Vielen lieben Dank!

Gepflegte, gut ausgestattete FeWo. Altstadt von Wernigerode sowie HSB-Bahnhöfe von FeWo zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Dachgeschossferienwohnung ist großräumig und für 4 Erwachsene ausreichend.

günstige Lage, um zu Fuß Vieles erkunden zu können (allerdings an befahrener Straße- Zimmer hinten raus sind aber super ruhig), gute Ausstattung, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Vermieter kümmert sich zuverlässig, alles bestens- vielen Dank!

Netter Vermieter, guter Kontakt.Alles da in der Wohnung. In den beiden Einzelbetten sollten nur leichte Persohnen schlafen.Unsere Kinder fanden es toll.Das Zustellbett war super aber knarrt. Empfehlenswert gern wieder.

Ein super. Jeder Zeit wieder. Es war sauber, gepflegt. Ja, ich würde dieses Feriendomizil weiterempfehlen. Die Betreung des Vermieter war sehr gut. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Attraktionen und Restaurants in der Umgebung sind empfehlenswert.
