The house "Menuet" is spacious. This variant has four bedrooms and another toilet. Since it is suitable for 8 people, it also offers space for smaller groups.
The house is traditionally bricked and insulated. The ground floor is fully tiled and the attic has parquet and carpeting. There is an internet connection (W-LAN) and a built-in safe (sufficient for camera, camera etc.) (Deposit) (washing machine).
There are on the property; Football and volleyball court, campfire site and a large, brick barbecue, table tennis and table football as well as a playground.
The property (approx. 6,000 sqm) is located on an elevation in front of large meadows. It is not uncommon to see storks, cranes but also game and often ordinary cows or horses. The whole facility is fenced. It offers many sunny places but also enough shade under the 12 large, old oaks.
