On a beautiful spot, near Chiemsee, you will find a holiday landscape, which can inspire you at all times. Our fully managed farm is surrounded by woods and meadows. At our little lake, only about 300 meters away from the farm, you can leave your everyday stress behind in a paradisiacal peace and idyll. Young and old alike enjoy their holidays here. The nicely furnished apartment with balcony gives you a homely feeling. With toys and books in the apartment, pets, small vehicles, the beautiful garden with a gazebo and playground is guaranteed no boredom. You can barbecue and make a campfire at the farm and the lake is much possible. Included

Bucherhof: The history of the farm in the district of Buch can be traced back to the beginning of the 13th century. Traced back in the 19th century. The property was repeatedly passed on to successors and renovated accordingly. The farm is now owned by Elisabeth and Hans Erb and is managed as a full-time farm with cows and calves.
Small animals like cats make children's hearts beat faster.
The house for rest and relaxation. Our farm is located in the Chiemgau in a romantic location, away from the traffic noise and bustle. Enjoy an unobstructed view of the beautiful nature (mountains, meadows, forests). Our small lake, 300m from the farm, conveys pure nature. While swimming, boating, fishing or barbecuing by the lake you can let your mind wander.

Schöne große Wohnung - ganz ruhig mitten im Grünen, mit freundlichen Kühen und anhänglichen Katzen:-) Perfekt, um einfach mal komplett vom Alltag abzuschalten. Perfekter Ruhiger Aufenhalt für Konzentriertes Arbeiten

Perfekt - und so wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten! Wir wollten drei volle Tage nur mit Ruhe und genügend Platz zum Arbeiten genießen. Das hat hervorragend geklappt - mit tollen Pausen und kleinen Spaziergängen in der Natur um den Hof. Man hat nichts gehört außer Vögel und hatte bei gutem Wetter sogar blick auf die Berge - einfach toll! Und total liebe und flexible Gastgeberin!

Ruhiger Bauernhof in der Nähe des Chiemsees

Wir haben den Bauernhof sehr genossen und einen Einblick in die Milchviehwirtschaft bekommen. Man darf überall hingehen und so den Kühen, Kälbern, Hasen und Katzen näher kommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für einen Urlaub auf dem Land geeignet.

Idyllisch und ruhig beschreibt diese Ferienwohnung sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Küche enthält alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Vermieter sind hikfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Einzig der hauseigene See ist doch fußläufig nicht so schnell zu erreichen, wie es in der Beschreibung erscheint. Insgesamt ein wunderbsres Domizil

Saubere Wohnung im Grünen

Die Begrüßung war nett und freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 2. OG. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und mit einer bequemen Couch ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind schön. Das eine hat ein extra Waschbecken, was wirklich sehr praktisch ist. Die Küche ist sauber und ordentlich. Eine Spülmaschine ist leider aufgrund der Größe der Küchenzeile nicht vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist eher übersichtlich. Man hat das, was man zwingend benötigt. Mehr allerdings ist auch nicht da. Das Bad ist schön und die Dusche liefert auch nicht nur ein Rinnsal. Die separate Toilette ist an sich gut. Wenn man mehr als der Durchschnittsmensch wiegt jedoch eher eine Herausforderung bezüglich des Platzangebotes. Die Lage ist abgelegen und ruhig. Allerdings startet hin und wieder am frühen Morgen ein Heißluftballon mit der entsprechenden Geräuschkulisse. Von der Lage des Sees hatte ich mir etwas mehr versprochen. Aber das ist eben die Interpretation des Gelesenen. 😉 In der Gegend kann man sehr viel sehen und unternehmen. Die Entfernung zum Chiemsee ist auch sehr gut.

Die Familie Erb war sehr nett und freundlich! Der Ort ist soooo ruhig und fantastisch. Nach dem Aufenthalt verlor meine Nichte ihren Laptop, aber Frau Erb hat ihn gefunden und das Paket selbst uns verschickt. Nochmals vielen Dank an diese Familie Erb! Jederzeit zu empfehlen!!

Ruhe, Schwimmen und Radfahren

Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz, auch für zwei große Kinder (15+21). Der Hof steht alleine und man kann außer den Hoftieren auch Rehe, Hasen und Bussarde vom Balkon aus beobachten. Wir haben den See regelmäßig genutzt zum Schwimmen, Angeln und Rudern. Es steht immer jemand zur Verfügung (wohin mit dem Rädern oder dem Angelzeug?, wo Wäsche waschen?). Die Vermieter sind unkomplizierte,liebe Menschen. Vom Hof aus haben wir mehrere Radtouren (mit normalen Rädern) unternommen). Insgesamt ist das ein Paradies, wunderbar geeignet zum Erholen.

Familienaufenthalt in Bayern

Sehr schoen gelegener Bauernhof, nahe an Prien am Chiemsee, 1 Std von Muenchen entfernt. Sehr angenehme und saubere Wohnung und Möglichkeit unseren Kater mitzunehmen. Sehr netter Empfang und frische Milch vom Hof, Brötchen täglich zur Verfügung. Das Einzige unangenehme waren die zusätzlichen Kosten für den Kurzaufenthalt (wir haben drei Nächte übernachtet) und Kuraufenthalt, die auf Internet nicht erwaehnt waren als wir gebucht haben.

Ein Bauernhof in schöner Landschaft, nur wenige Minuten vom eigenen See entfernt. Etwas abgelegen, aber für einen Entspannungsurlaub auf dem Land perfekt.
