The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Kršan, district Veljaki. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Ruhige Lage und sehr nette Vermieter

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Größe für 2 Personen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt, auch unsere beiden Hunde waren kein Problem und konnten wir problemlos mitnehmen. Alles ist gefliest also optimal mit Hunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen schnell wenn etwas benötigt wird oder auch wenn es andere Fragen gibt die nicht die Unterkunft betreffen, stehen sie mit Rat zur Seite. Man ist von der Unterkunft aus nicht zu weit von den größeren Städten entfernt und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man muss immer das Auto benutzen, aber dafür hat man eine tolle und ruhige Lage im Grünen.

Das Haus war genau richtig für ...

Das Haus war genau richtig für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Schöne Lage mit schönem Garten. Alles was du brauchst war da. 15 Minuten von 4 großen Supermärkten. In 20 Minuten von einem sehr schönen Strand. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen Sie innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Super freundliche Besitzer.
