Great property in a quiet, very convenient location. The "futon" is more like a convertible couch, large and comfortable. Plenty of plates, silverware, pots, etc. Not far from Airport or the many great places to visit in Salt Lake City.

I spent eight weeks at this place and it was clean when I got there and everything worked and I very much enjoyed my stay there. It was conveniently located. It was 10 minutes to the bus to go up and ski at any of the canyons.

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable, but couch/futon very firm and low. Shared laundry conveniently included detergent and softener. Suggest having dish drying rack in kitchen.

Nice small place for the price

There were two main downsides, the first was that they didn’t change the sheets on the bed. My son was next to the bed and smelled a wrenching “pee” smell coming from the bed. We removed the sheets and put others on…the other thing is they advertise a shared laundry and when I asked how to access it, I never got a response. I would have been nice to do a load of laundry before heading home. Other than that, it was nice. Kids liked the outside shared bathroom!

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The location was perfect, close to everything, and the home was cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. The kitchen and bathroom were both excellent. A wonderful place to stay!
