Welcome to C.T. Lux a 5 bedroom, two level home nestled on a quiet Connecticut street. Each room equipped with a desk for WFH and smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming platforms like Amazon prime, Disney+, HBO Max & Netflix for the perfect movie night! A short drive to beaches, Universities, shops, & restaurants on Black Rock Turnpike, this space is the perfect getaway! Bicycles and new game room/home theater available for use for small additional fee!

The first floor fits 6-8 people. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor fits 4-6 people. It is located upstairs, and it has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

NEWLY UPDATED: Game Rm: This incredible room is equipped with Street Fighter 2 arcade machine with 19 other games to choose from. If games aren't your thing, enjoy a movie night in our plush reclining and massaging loungers facing a massive 75 inch TV with surround sound. Also, equipped with a pool table, darts, and fooseball table. There is also a queen pullout with foam mattress.

Great trip and stay!

Andrew/Regine- thank you for such a great weekend! The house was absolutely perfect! We were so impressed with how clean each bedroom, bathroom, floors etc were. The response time from Andrew ( manager) was a huge help. Restaurants, beach, bars, shopping were all a 6-8 min easy drive. Would recommend!

Great Home for Family Reunion

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. All the bedrooms very cozy and comfortable. The shower head was heavenly. We had everything we needed to have our family reunion.

Good house in a convenient location with some minor issues

Overall enjoyed our stay at the property. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The property is essentially 2 separate apartments with a connecting stairwell so not a true 5br. The backyard was spacious but the furniture/playground needed to be wiped down to be utilized. There were some minor issues with the place that the host was able to help with. Main concerns were that the window units were not properly installed so some bugs were able to enter the place. The grill also ran out of gas and we were told we had to fill and pay for it ourselves. Overall, enjoyed the property even with some of the issues, would consider staying here again.
