Sandy Beach on beautiful Kabekona Lake!
Spacious and bright lake-level cabin nestled on Sandy Beach overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Kabekona Lake.
Natural light fills this 2 BR+ loft, 1 BA cabin. Large deck, grill, fire pit, and dock. Hard sand bottom perfect for swimming. Afternoon sun makes for lovely days and evenings on the beach & deck.
Located 15 minutes NW of Walker & 20 minutes SE of the Mississippi Headwaters. Close to hiking, biking trails, golfing, and restaurants.
The cabin has a cottage feel. Comfortable beds include a queen bed in the loft, a queen bed in bedroom # 1 and two twin bunk beds in bedroom # 2.
The bathroom is on the main floor and includes a walk-in shower.
The open main floor includes a family room with a sectional couch and two reclining chairs. The large kitchen table with chairs and a bench works for meals and games. The kitchen includes ample counter space and an added utility table for prep or serving.
Parking can easily accommodate up to three vehicles.
150' of lakeshore and mature trees allow for a private getaway.
A 4,000 lb boat lift can be available for use if you bring a private boat. The bunks are currently set to accommodate a 21' fishing/ski boat.
Laundry service available.

Top Tier VRBO
This is a great get-away home! The owner is very helpful and responsive, so nice that it's an owner and not an agency. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. Outdoor space has good amenities, privacy, and opportunities to enjoy the lake with swimming off the beach. 4 kids (age 4-12) had a great time with the trampoline and paddle boards. Close to Itasca, Brainerd, and Leech Lake, if you want to avoid the crowded areas. If we are in the area again, we would absolutely try to book this one again!
