Clean and modern home, sparkling heated pool, near river

Get ready to relax and unwind in this resort-like oasis with major upgrades. Spend your day at the Rainbow River which is minutes from the home or relax and soak up the rays poolside in the screened-in lanai.

Quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. Mature trees throughout.

The kitchen is fully stocked (minus food) if you wish to prepare your own meals, there is a gas grill for outdoor meals or enjoy many of the restaurants around town. High-speed wifi is included as well as smart TVs in the gathering room, screened lanai, and all of the bedrooms. When the evening comes to an end you can retreat to the master bedroom oasis where a dual head shower awaits in the renovated modern bathroom. Climb into the cozy king-size poster bed with a brand new top of line12-inch gel cooling mattress and lightweight down comforter. Wake up completely refreshed and ready to take on the day or simply enjoy the peace by the pool.

The pool is comfortably heated to 84 degrees. This is complimentary and not included in the nightly rate. Therefore, we reserve the right to turn the heater off if the outside temps fall too low for it to heat properly. There is not a hot tub on property.

Multiple grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. A list of favorite restaurants and day trips will be provided prior to your trip.

Things to do:

Rainbow River- kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, tubing, boating. Restaurants overlooking the water.

Crystal River- Swim with the manatees, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating.

Homosassa Springs- Monkey island which has 4-5 active monkeys. Many restaurants are on the water. Boating, kayaking, paddle boarding.

The World Equestrian Center is located 18 miles from the home and offers weekly events, dining and shopping. Family friendly.

Travel Insurance- Although not required, we highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cancel for any reason. Whether the issue for needing to cancel is due to covid or any other illness or accident, bad weather, flight delays or cancellations any other reason you are unable to make the trip, travel insurance will be your refund opportunity. Please be sure to read our cancellation policy, which will not be modified or adjusted.

*Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquitos, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property.

Slice of heaven

Cute little house

This is a cute little house which has all you need. Clean and updated. Close to the little town, Juliette Falls Golf Course, and Rainbow Springs. Not far from Ocala and the World Equestrian Center. We had a nice low key stay.

Clean and feels like home

We stayed 4 days with our kids and although the weather wasn’t great we enjoyed our time. Our son had an accident and broke something and Kelley was very understanding and communication was great! Would definitely stay again! Hopes better weather next time!

2023 springs kayaking trip

Overall we really enjoyed the home. there were a couple of anomalies where some light bulbs were out and batteries were dead or missing from remote controls but other than that the home was great and an ideal location for us kayaking the springs within our radius of this home.

Fabulous Peaceful Oasis!

We had a family reunion on Rainbow River, rented several homes and this one was by far the best of them all. Beautiful house, peaceful, everything new, clean crispy linens, comfortable furniture, house extremely clean. Location is amazingly close to the world class KP hole, Rainbow River Spring State Park, very convenient. Several options of supermarkets nearby, Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart, very convenient. The host was available via text, extremely courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

I cannot say enough great things about this house & Owner! Everything was well kept, clean, and better than we could’ve hoped for. House feels light and airy while also incredibly welcoming. Kitchen is well stocked, fresh towels in the bathrooms, cozy blankets everywhere, and bathroom necessities were well stocked. Neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping/fast food/errands. Our 3 kids under 5 had a blast in the pool and we were greeted by several neighbors to tell us they loved hearing their laughter! Our kids never wanted to leave-so we extended our stay, twice!. Kelley was amazing to communicate with & booking was easy. We’ve already given our friends and family the link to this listing for their future stays! Perfect Staycation

My husband and I were in need of a vacation but due to work schedules we were unable to go far, so when I found this home 20 minutes away I was very pleased. We rent hotel rooms several times a year to get away but this is the first time renting a house for just the two of us. The house is in a good neighborhood, the pool is perfectly relaxing and fun when the Grandbabies came by, but the master bathroom for me was the best part!..lol. I fell in love with the size and placement of the shower and will now be having one constructed at home. :) The rest of the home was lovely as well and it's highly likely we will return for another Staycation soon.

Our stay at this home in Dunnellon was great. The home was sparkling clean and tidy with a fresh updated aesthetic. Everyone slept great in the comfortable beds. We had everything we needed with supplies to prepare our meals. We made a day trip down to Disney World which was about 1hr and 40 min drive one way. We also visited family up in Gainesville one day, about one hr away one way. The heated pool was awesome and we used it a lot. The house was perfect for us on so many levels. Because we were on the go or recovering from being on the go, we didn't venture out to visit the Rainbow river or restaurants in Dunnellon, but the town seemed very nice with many conveniences. Thank you so much to our host, Kelley, for sharing this awesome home with us!

Family Vacation “Rainbow River Springs”

My family truly enjoyed our stay. This home was very clean and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail throughout. The master bedroom has … wait for it….. A DOUBLE SHOWER!! Yes, one larger shower area with two Separate showerheads with phenomena water pressure. My two younger kids loved this Feature. Let’s talk about the sweet Neighbor, we left our SUV’s lights on and she kindly got my husband’s attention to let him know. Very calm peaceful neighborhood. Kind of like an oasis. We spent our days on the Rainbow River. One day renting a Pontoon boat. We were 3 minutes from a main Grocery Winn-Dixie. Yet, just a little further there was a Publix. Check-out was easy. Beds were cozy and Linens fresh and crisp. We will be delighted to stay here in the future if it’s availability.

The house you always wanted

O my goodness!! The house is totally renovated with high end furnishings. The master bedroom shower is a real treat with marble glass & two shower heads. The living room opens up to an covetable covered pool area with fireplace,TV, sparkling pool with lanai. Perfect get away only 5 minute drive to KP Hole, many restaurants only 5-15 min away. You never know REALLY what a rental may ACTUALLY be until you arrive! We were pleased when we turned into country club area then when entered home we we’re elated! The owner is easy only contacted with immediate response & lives locally Awesome VRBO

Why they chose this property

When I was looking for our vacation home, I knew I wanted something super close to the Rainbow River, but also close to grocery stores and restaurants. When I found this home I was pleasantly surprised that it also has a pool! This home is perfect for a family getaway or a weekend with friends.

What makes this property unique

This property underwent a huge transformation. Both bathrooms were completely renovated and given that sleek modern feel. The primary bathroom has dual shower heads and is super luxurious.
