Peters island in the old town of Goslar on 50m²

In an old loam-timbered house, which is located in the fairy-tale part of Goslar's old town next to the Frankenberger church, our apartment on 50 sqm offers a lot of beautiful.
The old town, the silver mine Rammelsberg and the Upper Harz water management are 3 World Heritage Sites.
In 600m distance is the market place, in other direction you are after 10 minutes in the open air. Our area is well developed for hiking, cycling and biking. So employment for everyone!


In the apartment is a shelf with books. So you can laze around in the apartment wonderful and rummage through a cup of tea in these books.

From the 30 sqm large living room is divided by open truss the sleeping area for two people. It contains a 2 * 2m double bed.
There is a DVD player connected to the flat-screen TV in the living area. You can also use your Netflix account on a connected box. DVDs, board and card games can be found on a shelf next to it.

On the other side, you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and a dishwasher. We have here a normal filter coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine, which presses the boiling water with vapor pressure from below through a metal filter. For the people who prefer to drink tea there is also a special glass teapot with a filter insert.
The kitchen is also equipped with a blender, Stabpürierer and the usual knives and cutting plates, bowls, strainer, potato peeler, crockery and cutlery, so that nothing should be missing.

This is followed by a large shower room.

If you book for 3 people, you will get an extra bedroom of 10m² for one person. This is located next to the studio in the same corridor.
