The apartment is located in the beautiful Upper Lusatia with stunning views of the border triangle. We have mountains, lakes, rivers, climbing rocks, adventure playgrounds for children, interesting towns and much more.

The apartment has a separate entrance and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with sofa bed and double bed, HD satellite TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and hot water heating and can therefore be booked all year round.

In the tiled bathroom is a tub with shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom is equipped with double bed, as well as wardrobe. Towels and bed linen is included.

Additional beds (cot and high chair on request) are possible. You can use the fireplace in the yard and the barbecue and spend a cozy evening by the fire. Small errands are also done quickly by bike or on foot. In about a kilometer away you will find a village bakery and a supermarket with bakers and butchers.

For our little guests, there are different ways to play, many different vehicles - so feel the children well. Bicycles (also for children) stand for an exit on the numerous cycle paths (eg. Neiße-Radeweg) to borrow ready (also with child seat) for picnic or bathing lake excursion.

As a special highlight can be organized on request, a guided quad tour directly from the apartment.


House rules:
• Check-in: from 14:00 clock / Check-out: until 10:00 clock (exceptions by arrangement possible)
• Smoking: is only possible outside the building in the space provided
• Pets: are not allowed, since we own them (exceptions would be pets as long as they are on our property are housed in a separate dwelling)

Cancellation:
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children:
Children are welcome.

Internet:
Wireless internet is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Park:
Free private parking is available on site. (Reservation is not required)
