Great property for hosting a big gathering. The property overall was clean inside but the back deck of the main house had a lot of debris from the roof and the patio furniture was pretty dirty. The shower in the main bedroom suite was not functional so that was mildly inconvenient. We did get some complaints that the mattresses on the bunk beds were not comfortable, and the upstairs of both houses were much warmer than the downstairs. Overall it was a beautiful place, just needs a little maintenance and it would be 5 stars.

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed the property for your gathering. We truly appreciate you pointing out those issues—the roof debris, patio furniture, shower functionality, and mattress comfort are all things we're taking seriously and will address right away. We're also looking into solutions for the temperature variance upstairs. Your input helps us get closer to that 5-star experience you mentioned. We'd love to welcome you back once we've made these improvements. Thank you for choosing us! Madison, Railey Vacations

Wonderful Weekend

Great stay, beautiful home and location which met all of our needs. Would highly recommend. Only complaint was grass was over a foot high when we arrived, looked like it hadn't been cut this year and made the yard unusable. However, after calling to report the yard condition a crew came out and got everything mowed. They were very nice and apologetic about the yard condition and had the property mowed and we were able to then use the yard.
