Very quiet unit on the third floor of La Solana Condos. Elevators take you to the third floor. This is the only condominium project in Sun City Grand. Has a nice view off balcony of Sun City Grand. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. and four Sun City Grand golf courses, tennis courts and pickle ball. Wonderful amenities and daily activities in onsite managed clubhouse. Nice unit and location. Recommend you request and review checkout checklist before staying here (too much cleaning expected of us). If you like a pillow top mattress, then no worries. My back could not take it. Air filter had not been changed in ages as we could see the dust build up.

Surprise in Surprise

We were surprised to say the least at how nice the accommodations were, the complex was clean and everyone was friendly. Great place to work from home, nice surroundings and close to restaurants and shopping, would definitely recommend this Vacation home to other adults.
