Not as advertised/not recommended

The rental is not in the best neighborhood. There was trash in the front yard. The floors were not swept well. There was a whole in the sheets on the bed I slept in. We cleaned up the trash in the yard and left the place cleaner than we found it, only to be accused of stealing a fitted sheet. We were charged $25 for the sheet and we did not take it on purpose or accidentally (we searched through our luggage as soon as we got home).
