About this property

Get ready for your best beach vacation yet in this bright 4 bed/3 bath home! Our home is located in Montego Bay and was updated in 2022. It features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a sunroom lounge with a nugget ice maker (the "good ice") and commercial juicer to enjoy those orange crushes all vacation long!

The beach is less than a mile away and there are numerous restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Don't forget to check out the two community pools, tennis courts, mini golf, or check out the playground and amenities at the nearby Northside Park.

SUN ROOM
Enter the home through the sunroom, featuring a lounge area and the fully equipped (but not stocked, sorry) bar, games, and puzzles for that rainy day.

GREAT ROOM
Relax on the sectional couch or an arm chair while enjoying the 70" smart TV or gas fireplace. The dining area has a square high-top table with ample room for 8 guests.

KITCHEN
Large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, electric range and a full coffee station including a drip coffee maker, burr grinder, french press, and Chemex pour over system.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom has a king size platform bed with a DreamCloud mattress. The room has a 43" TV, wireless charging stations on each nightstand, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

2ND BEDROOM
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 55" TV, desk with task chair, and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

3RD and 4TH BEDROOMS
The third bedroom has a queen size and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Both have easy access to the hall bath with a whirlpool tub.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The home has a patio with seating, a gas grill, cornhole boards, beach chairs, and a beach cart that can be used during your stay. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The house has free, fast WiFi and allows guests to access the shared amenities at Montego Bay including the two pools, tennis courts, fishing pier and mini golf. The house has a full size washer and dryer. There is parking for two cars in the driveway with additional street parking available as-needed.

This is a friendly community with a large number of full-time residents. Parties and excess noise will not be tolerated. Additionally the town of Ocean City has a strict noise ordinance between midnight and 7AM. To ensure we're good neighbors the house is equipped with a decibel meter and an outdoor camera. We require a copy of photo ID for the person responsible for the booking. The person making the booking must also be present for the stay.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house was up to date with great features and very clean! The owner was a fantastic communicator and we had no issues. Added touches like having shampoo and conditioner and some extra towels and beach chairs was wonderful! Adorable quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Very Nice property. Outdoor area a bit misleading on line. Seating in living room is beautiful but not very functional for 6 adults. Cleaning service was at or below par. Pool is nice. Overall we had a great family experience.

Our family loves escaping Philly to spend time at the beach and we're excited to share our home with you. Growing up in Delaware we have fond memories growing up of visiting Ocean City and the Delaware beaches and are thankful to have a place to create memories with our own family!

Why they chose this property

We love that north Ocean City is quieter but still convenient to all the amenities you need at the beach. We like that this house has room for our family to spread out and is easy to access the beach from.

What makes this property unique

We love how much quieter the beach is on the northern end of the island. Being close to the restaurants in Fenwick and the inlet (Papa Grandes!) is a plus as well. Being able to stop in at the pool after a morning at the beach, or enjoying the weekly fireworks at Northside park from our driveway are extra perks of the neighborhood!
