About this property

3 Bedroom 2 Bath condominium in North Ocean City. Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children, maximum occupancy is 8 people. Walk to beach, shopping, movies, and restuarants. Located very close to the famous Greene Turtle Restaurant.

Condo has fully equipped kitchen. Recently upgraded granite countertops and tile floors. Flat screen TV in living area and deck access from living room and master bedroom.

Master bedroom has queen size bed and private bath. 2nd bedroom has bunk bed with full bed on bottom and twin on top. 3rd bedroom has one full size and one twin bed. Each bedroom has its own TV. 2nd bath in hallway between the two bedrooms.

Condo has 2 decks- front deck is lovely for morning coffee and watching the sun rise with a peek of the ocean. Side deck is covered and has ample upgraded patio furniture and canal views. Relax with a drink or a book as the sun sets on the water.

Association pool is located across the street from the canal. Open daily from 10-8 weather permitting. Nice private pool with very little traffic used by members only. Need key to enter.

Perfect OCMD getaway

Lori made this process painless. She was very communicative from the moment i requested a booking, answered several questions between booking and our actual stay, and waspl promptly responsive to any messages i sent during our time here. The pictures do not do this condo justice- all 6 of us noted that this was the nicest accomodations we've ever had at the beach. Right around the corner there's the OG Greene Turtle, Fractured Prune donuts, and an ice cream shop. The pool is just a little ways down on the other side of the canal. But most importantly, just across the highway is the beach! This is the perfect place if you want to enjoy some fun in the sun and ocean without the chaos of the boardwalk. And when you do want those Thrasher's fries or OCMD boardwalk merch, the bus stop is right on the corner closeby. All in all, this is a gem of a VRBO find and if you book, I promise you won't be disappointed. Well kept, roomy, and all the tiny details were thought of. My family and I can't wait to book Lori's place for next summer!

Lovely condo, fantastic location

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to everything including the beach. The elegantly folded towels with mini-toiletries were a nice touch. We very much overpacked because we weren't sure if we needed to bring our own sheets, towels, paper products, kitchen prep items, etc. This condo has all the essentials for a very comfortable stay.

Family vacation/Birthday get away

We stayed in Ocean City to celebrate my 50th birthday and to take one last vacation this summer before our young adult/teenage kids go their separate ways. The location was great. Closer to the beach than we expected. Grocery store was a 5 minute walk. We had trouble finding the pool which was a bit of a walk but it was nice. The condo had everything we needed for a family of 6. It is rare to find a place that has enough dishes/silverware etc! Lori was great to work with and very responsive! Having the washer/dryer was very convenient! Parking is a little tight but we had no issues. Our only suggestion would be a few more towels for showers but not a big deal. We would certainly stay again if we could find the time!

My husband and I have been married for 20 years and have vacationed in Ocean City since we started dating. We found this condo in 2001 and decided to purchase it as a 'fixer upper'. My husband loves projects and has been making improvements to the condo every year. Most recently he has upgraded the kitchen adding new cabinets, and island and granite countertops. We love our vacation getaway and we hope you will too.

Why they chose this property

We love it here and thought it would be a great vacation spot for our family. We have created many happy family memories over the years in Ocean City and have started family traditions such as Easter and Thanksgiving in Ocean City.
Ocean City Maryland has miles of white sandy beaches and plenty to do in the summer with its 2.5 miles of boardwalk and plenty of amusements and restaurants. We as a family also love the spring and fall in Ocean City and enjoy the many special events held throughout the year.
