Enjoyable Vacation

Not our first time here. We love it here every time we stay. We love it because its close to Fenwick and Bethany and my besties house in Ocean Pines. I always recommend this place to all my family and friends. It is a quiet little community, everyone is nice and friendly.

Nice quiet community

The property was very comfortable, has everything you would need to fit a family. Close enough to the ecitement but far enough if you wanted to relax and get away from the boardwalk atmosphere. Would recommend and consider staying at the property again.

My family and I had a marvelous time in this condo. The area was quiet, and the amenities were just as described. We enjoyed our time relaxing and taking a chance to reset before the end of summer break. Thank you for opening your home for this experience.

We enjoyed our stay

The location is nice for activities in walking distance, also walking distance to bus and beach. It is close to the Delaware border, we have never stayed this far north in OC and really liked it. Pool is well maintained. The unit is not fancy but served our purposes fine.

This condo was in a nice neighborhood, enjoyed the quiet, yet close to beach. Owner easy to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent out of the main area. Nice condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. We will definitely think about renting again.

Our Getaway

We love it there. It's perfect size in a lovely quiet community. Close to the beaches whether u want to go to Ocean City, Fenwick or Bethany Beach. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. If I could I would rent this condo out 3-4 times a year that's how much I like it there. Mitch is very friendly and accommodating. He is available any time you have a need or a question. He's a great Host/Property Manager.

Check-in was easy. Overall the condo was fairly clean but could use a deep cleaning particularly sinks, drawers, cabinets. The condo smelled musty and we found a dehumidifier in the closet but it didn't help much. Maybe AC needs attention. Also, one of the bedroom closets had painting supplies and really wasn't usable. In the kitchen there is hot water heater in a cabinet which doesn't close and the insulation is exposed to the pots and pans. Pool is pretty good. Good TV and decor was nice.

There was tons of dirty dishes in the dishwasher and rotten onions in the cabinet. Bedroom Closets where filled with stuff. The beds we’re comfortable I loved that we were at an end unit and the air worked very well

Mitch was wonderful to deal with. His responses were prompt and friendly. The condo was exactly as described and fit all 7 of us comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. We have been vacationing in OCMD for 20+ years and this is one of our favorite places to stay. We are already looking at dates for next year for this condo!

Nice place to stay

Would stay here again! A nice easy walk to the beach, and the pool with an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off right outside of the unit was really nice! There was plenty activities to do within walking distance (mini golf, stores, movie theater, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc.) there is one parking spot right outside of the condo and plenty of extra parking on the other side of the lot. The kitchen is a nice size.

Great Location and Condo

We often stay in Caine Woods and this location is perfect. It's a very short walk to the beach, crossing Coastal highway at the light at 142nd Street. There are many recreation and food options within walking distance, and the Food Lion and Harris Teeter grocery stores are a short drive away. Close to Delaware and tax-free shopping! The condo had the perfect layout, plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 college-age children, and one teenager. It's on the first floor, and is a corner unit, giving extra privacy and space in the outdoor patio. The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked in several nights with no issues. The only downside was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. The owner was very easy to work with given the circumstances and refunded our cleaning fee. With 5 of us to clean the condo, it went quickly and wasn't too much of a hassle. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Why they chose this property

I have vacationed in this area for years, and having a fairly large family, it was often difficult to find a place that could accommodate everyone. This property had everything I wanted; space, 3 bedrooms, a nice pool, quick access to the beach and area attractions. Caine Woods is a relatively small neighborhood with many single family homes. The small number of units (24) in Nanticoke Square fit nicely in the neighborhood setting. This was the perfect place for my family, and I hope it will be for yours also.
