PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Imagine sitting on your spacious deck overlooking the ski runs at Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Reservoir, just minutes to the Deer Valley Gondola! This top floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is virtually brand new with 15 foot vaulted ceiling! Kitchen is fully equipped with Viking appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and beautiful wood flooring. Bathrooms also have beautiful granite countertops. The building has secure underground parking and is elevator serviced from the parking level to all the floors.
Kitchen/Livingroom - Enjoy our modern open plan space with a chefs style kitchen that has everything you'll need to cook and entertain. The Master Bedroom comes equipped with a King bed and private bathroom with more than enough storage for clothes, suitcases and more. The second Bedroom also boasts a King bed with a shared bathroom. The third Bedroom has a Queen bed with a shared bathroom.

Perfect family rental

This condo was perfect for our family of four with two young boys. It was spacious and clean, and we loved the added extras like the games and puzzles. Location was great: 15 minutes to Heber city, midway, and park city, and 40 minutes to salt lake. Favorite things to do nearby were swimming at the Homestead Crater, snow tubing at Woodward park, and a sleigh ride in park city.

Awesome property, fully equipped for just about every need, TV has no cable and is a bit cumbersome to maneuver but otherwise GREAT!

Well Appointed Condo with Views

Charming unit, well appointed and equipped, with great views. Indoor parking with direct access to elevator from the garage a boon in any season. Bedroom accommodations(2 Kings, 1 Queen)make this unit most suitable for 3 couples, a small family, or 4-5 very good friends. Convenient to skiing and downtown Park City. Own transportation a must. Our host, Matthew, was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions and issues.

My family and I stayed for 10 days. It had everything you would need for a home away from home and we would stay again if in the area. The appliances are top of the line, the apartment was spotless, plenty of linens and closet space. Loved the underground garage to be able to stay out of the weather when bringing in groceries. The construction is new; so you do not hear the neighbors and it has AC! Enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the morning looking out over the mountains and seeing the hot air balloons in the distance along with the deer that came to visit in the morning.

Beautiful condo, great location

Great condo, well located. My only complaint is that I paid for late checkout, and was told that my entry code would be automatically extended, but after normal checkout that morning, my code stopped working. I reached out to the property manager. It did eventually get resolved, but it took over an hour and we couldn't get on with our day because we needed to make sure we could get back in.

Modest elements of the unit were promptly addressed by staff and either remedied or acknowledged as pre-existing (blinds, clothes dryer, etc). A minor inconvenience was not having access to the elevator in the parking garage - having to walk around the building. Generally not a huge deal, but would have been much better to have had garage access to the elevator. Comfortable beddings made for easy sleep. Water pressure and hot water temperature made for excellent showers after a long day on the slopes. IT (internet, televisions, etc) operated smoothly and at efficient speeds. Overall, very much enjoyed the property, and even more so appreciated the communication w and service from Park City Host.
