Condo is located on second floor and is literally steps from the beautiful blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Free trolley that takes you anywhere on the island. Grocery and restaurants very close. Condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Sarasota, 30 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, and 45 minutes to the Tampa Bay area. Lovely condo

This condo is well equipped and located directly on the gulf. It has beautiful views with dolphins swimming by throughout the day. We would definitely book again for another time.

Small property 100 feet from white sand turquoise beach. You can hear the surf from the condo. Sunsets on the deck or sitting on the couch. Walking distance to everything. Condo has everything you need for your stay. Great communication by Bernie as well. Would stay again!
