Newly renovated building! This upper-level one-bedroom, one-bath middle unit is a renovated oasis featuring top-of-the-line furnishings and a spacious kitchen. Enjoy the luxury of a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and revel in the breathtaking views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay from your bedroom. The large private spa and numerous beach-side chaise lounges make it easy for you to relax and unwind.

The condo is fully equipped with amenities, including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, stove/oven, blender, crockpot, and microwave. We provide folding backpack beach chairs and an umbrella for your beach days.

Effortless living is our priority, so we offer a keyless entry system for your convenience. Your door code will be sent to you a week prior to your arrival. The condo sleeps 2 with a comfortable king-size bed, and entertainment is at your fingertips with wall-mounted televisions in the living room and master bedroom, equipped with cable, Roku, and live streaming options.

Conveniently located on the free island trolley line, you can explore Anna Maria Island without the need for a car. Simply park, relax, and let the trolley take you wherever you desire. Parking: Limited to one vehicle, and a reserved parking spot is provided.
Electric Vehicles: Unfortunately, there are no charging stations available at this location.
Accessibility: Access to the second-floor unit involves climbing a total of 28 stairs.

Additionally, please note the island regulations:

Beach Pet Policy: Dogs are not permitted on Anna Maria Island beaches and sand dunes to protect nesting sea turtles and shorebirds. Violations incur a $500 fine.

Wonderful stay at Beach House #8

Solo traveler last week and my first time to the area. The condo was perfect with everything you'd need! Easy check-in and the unit was super clean. Grateful for the a/c and ceiling fans (excessive heat warnings the entire time, lol). Property management was quick to respond when I had a question about the beach umbrella (rookie here). Trolley stops both northbound and southbound about 50' from the door. Everything was wonderful!

Great location

Property was very clean when we arrived. Beautiful views looking over the beach and sunsets. A lot of shops and places to eat in walking distance. Free trolley rides to farther parts of the island.

Couple Getaway

The condo was a very comfortable place with everything you truly need. We enjoyed a long weekend on the beach and enjoyed many of the nearby restaurants. The beach is right outside your door and easy to walk down to. They've provided a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach was not crowded at all so plenty of space to spread out. The water was a beautiful emerald green and clear. Absolutely beautuful! The host communicated great and was accomodating to our travel schedules. Thanks so much and we look forward to a return visit!
