Guest Access:
You'll have access to every space in the house. High capacity laundry facilities are available free of charge for your use. The garage is not accessible to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Being on the edge of the quiet Lawrence University campus is such a treat. Great dining, music, and historic homes make it a nightly sought after neighborhood. While the house is located on a quiet, low traffic street, it's just a short walk to downtown to put you in the middle of all the action!

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking in the driveway if you have a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
While we are right on the edge of the Lawrence campus (literally 3 houses away), you don't need to worry about college night life. Lawrence is a well respected, well behaved group of fine young adults who typically roll up the sidewalks around 10pm. Our street dead-end's at the bottom of the hill, so there's very little traffic going by. The neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood inviting. You'll love it here!

We enjoyed our stay. Appreciated we could bring the dogs. If you have a small dog; the fence will be easy for them to get out off. Otherwise great!

A comfortable house, quite neighborhood, convenient location. fair price, easy to access and live in. Caveats? Minor: No first floor bathroom, controls on dishwasher are difficult to access.
