1. This suite comes with exclusive use of the front and back yards, patios and the front and back entrances. The lower level is occupied by a long term tenant with their own private side entrance (separate from both the front and back yards). The individual residing in the lower level is a quiet and respectful person.
Guests will enjoy their privacy and will not need to worry about any noise from the lower level.
2. By booking the suite you are agreeing to all rules and policies. Please review them ahead of sending your request.
3. This home does not tolerate unapproved gatherings, get togethers or any nuisance to neighbours.
4. We do not permit pets.
5. Your Key Rental Management uses non-invasive smart home technology to monitor decibel levels, motion and more. We do not record audio or video inside the home. Main Floor:
Guests are welcomed with a private front porch and large entryway. The main floor invites you in with clean lines and open concept living. The warm and cozy atmosphere pulls you in to the living room, offering ample seating, centered around the fire place. Flowing gently toward the dining room you will find a beautiful table and chairs, comfortably seating six. Expand the dining table for those big holiday dinners or utilize the island seating for larger groups. As you continue on you'll be greeted with the show stopper of this home, the kitchen. Enjoy preparing elaborate meals without having to pack your own bakeware, blender, mixing bowls, roasting pan, serving dishes and more. The large island provides prep space for the whole family to get involved. Off the kitchen you'll find a powder room and access to the large fenced yard, complete with a furnished back patio. Enjoy Calgary's 300+ days of sun from the privacy of your own backyard.
Second Floor:
The second floor welcomes you with another living space. The furnishings are so stylish and comfortable you'll have to catch yourself from drifting to sleep while sharing stories with your loved ones after a long day exploring Banff. The three large bedrooms provide sleeping space for six; with a king, queen and two twin XL beds. The primary bedroom is a true retreat offering a beautiful bedroom set, seating area and a dreamy ensuite. The deep soaker tub begs you to enjoy a relaxing bath, while the separate shower and double sinks make it an easy spot for two or more people to get ready at once. If you're an over-packer you will be sure to enjoy the large walk-in closet. On the opposite end of the floor, between bedrooms two and three you'll find the third bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the upper living area.
Backyard:
Enjoy Calgary's 300+ days of sun from the privacy of your own fully fenced backyard. The back patio is fully furnished with a conversation set off the back entrance.
