I travel to Calgary at least once a year to visit family, This property allowed my adult daughter and I to have our own space (2 bathrooms) and also to entertain my elderly Dad and brothers in out own space. We'd stay again for sure.
We always choose this VRBO as we are in Calgary regularly with our Business and Office location close by. Very pleased for the quick communication for an incident that occurred out of their control, The owners were very quick to respond and we were able to relocate without incident. We will always choose this location first choice!!

Public transportation (train) to/from Downtown is right by the condo and no charge! Steps away from Safeway Grocery. Skyline of Downtown Calgary view from balcony, so beautiful! Would love to stay there again when we visit there again. Thank you to the host, great communication!
Excellent location. Walkable neighbourhood. Very central. Roomy for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Problem with construction directly outside the window - a new building is going up and there was construction at 7 am every day except Sunday, with banging and yelling. No blackout blinds so very bright in the unit as soon as the sun came up.There could have been a bit more attention to preparing the unit. The toilet roll holder was broken off and a roll of toilet paper left on top of the tank. The soap dispensers were also empty.
This is a nice quiet unit in a great location. The only drawback was a trip of some distance to a Liquor Store in order to obtain keys to the unit. As we were travelling by taxi, this incurred an extra expense for us. I would recommend an arrangement be made to have keys available at the building. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.

Great bones with so much potential. Newly renovated. I'm not quick to leave a bad review-but I am in hopes the owner fixes these issues for future guests. Furniture is worn out and uncomfortable Mattress' thin and miserable for 2 Needs detail cleaningBeautiful view but windows are filthy. (I booked it because of the view and while the view did not disappoint, the ability to enjoy the view was significantly compromised)Balcony doesn't have a stick of furniture and is dirtyBathroom fan is thick with gross dirtConstruction 10 feet off the corner. Need to update the photosCheck in process was very tedious and clear instructions were not available. You have to stop at a nearby pizza restaurant for the key. I couldn't find the parking garage and no one answered my communication. I parked in a handicap space with an appropriate tag on the car but had an angry note on my window the next day. The door to the garage came down on the hood of my car. I guess I wasn't fast enough driving down the very steep ramp.I would not stay there again due to the issues but if the owner corrected these things it would be a very nice place.
Although all was what we expect in this building, the cleaning staff left us greatly disappointed, with food and dirty sheets left behind and soiled floors, and soiled furniture. The beds were very clean and comfy though! The owner responded and staff returned to clean but missed the requested cleaning, and had to return over 3 days. This was disruptive and disappointing. We did receive a small credit for the cleaning fee. We have stayed in this building several times, this suite was disappointing.

Everything was beautiful about this apartment, except for the bed in the master bedroom is terrible. It’s not usable as the mattress is beyond uncomfortable and makes so much noise squeaking.
Is a great condo with amazing city views ( was on the 4th floor ) in a great location just behind 10th St by Red's Diner.
The only issue was the TV's , I could stream YouTube music but no YouTube, Prime, or Netflix because people have already signed into their actual accounts on the Roku's, so once you go to cast, it pops up with someone else's account that you can't obviously control.
We were there overnight so it didn't bother us since we were out most of the time, more of a comment if bringing kids or TV watchers.
Overall great place, with a clean modern design in a great spot close to everything.

We were required to send the owner a copy of all of the guests ID. We didn't feel comfortable with that, so instead I had a video call on the day of our trip to show my ID over video call.
Getting into the condo was not straight forward. We had to drive 5 minutes (12 minute walk) to a liquor store in order to get the keys into the condo. Back at the condo, there was no parking (only 4 hour visitor parking with a permit which we didn't have access to). We had to find pay parking on a street nearby. Once we were in the condo, and we got to the unit, the door was completely unlocked and open.
There was dirty towels in one of the room's closet, the supposedly clean towels on the bed had stains on them.
