I was a little concerned with check-in after reading other reviews. The Property Manager, once I connected, was so helpful and check-in was seamless. Condo was perfect; Was not disappointed. We had a conference at BMO center so location was spot on. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great to visit the Stampede and easy walk to downtown area. Inside place was clean and great views from terrace and windows. My issue was communication. All I received was an email about checkin. Checkin was a little confusing but figured it out. Asked questions and didn’t receive any responses which was frustrating.

Check-in scared me!

Everything was very nice. Great location, very clean. The host never replied to any emails. Communication was not there. Did not return phone calls as well. The check-in information forwarded to us had us scared to do anything wrong during that process. There were #&*@, all mixed in with the codes. These were not necessary to get in. The touch screen in the P1 level to buzz-in to host was out of wack. Check-out was just as confusing. Cleaning crew standing at the door 5 minutes before we had to checkout. Again, enjoyed our stay

Wonderful property

If you are looking for an uber clean and quiet condo with an incredible view this place is for you! The amenities are exactly as listed with lots of kitchen ware available and the beds super comfy. The owner was super helpful and available, and they even called to be sure we were comfortable with the entry directions. We were very grateful to have a warm and safe parking spot!!

Loved staying here and loved the decor. Very modern, clean and just as advertised! Bed was very comfortable. Check in instructions were detailed and helpful for virtual check in and check out. Pretty close to amenities as well. A short Uber or scooter ride to 17th Ave or Stephen Ave. Definitely recommend. A cute spot with a great view of the city! Thanks for your hospitality.

Great location, exceptional views!

This modern, spacious and well-equipped property is in a perfect location to walk to a variety of points of interest and trendy streets downtown. The views from the balcony are amazing and the floor to ceiling windows on both sides of this corner unit let in so much light and give the condo a bright and spacious feel. It was well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The building is also very safe feeling and secure.

Very Nice!

This is an excellent condo. It is obvious a lot of thought went into making this a "home away from home" Communication with the management was excellent throughout my stay. The place was well stocked and very clean. All the appliances are of good quality and work well. The panoramic view through the floor to ceiling windows made it feel very airy and bright. I will be back.

Great stay, but a 2nd FOB is needed for groups.

Great location for attending an NHL game at the Saddledome, and exploring the Calgary tower and downtown. A secure underground parking spot was appreciated. Super amenities in suite. Only issue was 1 FOB for 3 couples as the Enterphone and elevator buttons were unreliable to confidently come and go at different times. Others in the building had similar Enterphone and elevator issues. A second FOB would have made this a 5 star stay for us. Host was easy to communicate with through the app. Top bunk bed has a safety rating of 200lbs max. and we felt it could be unsafe to have a couple over 200lbs on the top bunk, with another couple on the bottom bunk as we had planned.

Not a pleasant experience

First, very difficult to communicate with this host. I did not receive a respond but 2 hours later and I needed his assistance as I was checking in the place. Second, no wify information was provided by him at all. Third, parking situation is very complicated and since the host does not respond soon enough with a parking number assigned, we ended up paying for parking. Fourth, there was a list of rules and demands in the kitchen that made me feel very awkward, example: not to speak to the lobby concierge under any circumstances; If the building does not allow vacation rental deals, that is not our concern, we are not friends of John, this is a business deal and if you are not reachable, you better believe someone from that concierge will be asked. If you get fines, you pay for them, or simply do not post your unit for rental.

Not very accommodating

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen did have decent pans and that sort of thing, however, we didn't find out until the day before we checked in that there was a very long set of instructions just to get in the building. Unfortunately those instructions didn't work and we were getting in late at night. I couldn't reach the owner until I left a voicemail saying I was going to contact vrbo, then he called us right away and told us what to do. We had to have a fob to use the elevator and the parking garage and you only get ONE fob. If we had known this we never would have booked this place. If my husband and I went to the 6th floor gym, which was very nice, we had to fob to get to 6th floor and to get into the workout room. Then you have to fob to get back to elevator and fob to get to your floor. My husband works out for one hour and I work out for 30 minutes, and that was only one of the fob challenges. I contacted the owner to see if we could get another fob because we were there for three weeks for business and it really didn't work to only have one. The owner said he thought the person that cleaned probably had an extra one we could use and he would let me know later that day. I never heard from him again, even though I followed up a few days later with a text message. The grill was so dirty it smoked and left sooty residue on the food. The washer didn't always rinse and spin and the last full day we were there it wasn't spinning at all. I let them know but no response

We had an excellent stay at this downtown Calgary property. The location is outstanding—just steps from great restaurants, coffee shops, and city attractions, yet quiet and relaxing inside. The unit was spotless, well-furnished, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and living space were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall setup made it feel like a home away from home.Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the convenience of being right in the heart of downtown. This property is ideal for our weekend stay. We highly recommend it and would happily book again on our next trip to Calgary

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, man kann z.B. den Calgary Tower fussläufig erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 24. Etage in einem Hochhaus mit über 40 Etagen, so dass man einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt hat. Hier gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt nur 1-2 funktionierende Aufzüge, so dass man teilweise 10-15 Minuten auf diesen warten musste. Der Check in war sehr kompliziert und es war laut dem Vermieter nicht gestattet mit dem Concierge zu sprechen. Sonst hätte man eine sehr hohe Strafgebühr zahlen müssen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, allerdings nicht unbedingt zweckmäßig. Das Hochbett im 2. Schlafzimmer war sehr wackelig und quietsche bei jeder Bewegung.

I gave 4 stars because of the difficulties in getting into the elevators. The direction given were not complete. There was only 1 of the 3 elevators working and we arrived at the same time as all tenants who were getting home from work. And it took more than 5 minutes for the elevator to come back to the lobby making the access nul. We were finally able to get on after 1 hour of trying. Yes, 1 hour. Then when we opened the door to the place the carpet got rolled up under the door causing a tripping hazard. The place was very clean. And we did have have a wonderful time.

Saddle dome rental

This place was a nice space, it was comfortable for my wife and I and our two kids (12 & 14). It was downtown overlooking the saddle dome. This unit was well equipped with everything you need on a trip, the kitchen was well set up and the living room was comfortable. All rooms had a Roku Tv in them so we were able to sign into our streaming accounts and watch what we wanted at night before bed. The parking was secure and easy to use and we came in a large suv and we fit just fine. We cooked each night we stayed for about a week so we bought a good deal of groceries. The only thing that I would advise if you are doing a lot of cooking in is to bring a plug in cooler if you have one for a little extra fridge room as the condo has a condo size fridge that is a little on the small side but is much larger than a bar fridge. Other than fridge space we have no complaints and would recommend this unit to families wanting something down town and comfortable. Thanks to the host for his help in getting all the info to make it a very smooth check in and check out.

Great Condo for Girls Trip!!

Cool apartment, let down by cleanliness & lack of transparency

The apartment and location are great I have no complaints about that but the cleanliness and lack of detail on the listing left a negative taste in my mouth.The listing doesn't mention that this apartment is in the north tower of the Guardian which does not allow short term rentals, its the south tower which does allow them. The first you learn about this is in the welcome letter which basically tells you not to talk to concierge or security because they will fine the unit owner and they will in turn find you 1500. As for the cleanliness I'm almost certain the sheets on the master bed were not changed between stays because of how much hair was in between the sheets and on the pillows. The master shower backed up because the drain was clogged with hair (yes I cleaned it out, we stayed for a week and I cant stand backed up showers!!). I really get the sense the cleaners just rush through, little things like leaving Nespresso capsules when the unit only has a Keurig. Lack of deep cleaning, the extractor fan was hard to pull out because of how bad the grease build up was. Also there was a full can of bear spray under the kitchen sink which is such a strange thing to find, also dangerous for kids to find.The owner here really needs to have the unit deep cleaned and disclose the secretive nature of staying here before people book.

Location to saddle dome was perfect

This condo was what we were looking for for a quick getaway. The rooms and kitchen and sitting area were very cozy and tastefully decorated. We were looking for a location to walk to a concert and it was perfect. There was not much else in the neighbourhood very close and the tone and directions into the condo were very off putting. We were we were not to be obvious with luggage or engage and show discretion as renters which leads me to believe that renters aren’t allowed in condo facilities Although we paid a cleaning fee the information was quite aggressive as to excessive billing if instructions were not adhered to. Maintaining discretion the length of our stay, there was verbal hostility towards people in the elevators even though we had no luggage. They recommended the other tower building. The unit itself offered all it promised but the uncomfortable situations around access was off putting of our stay

Conference Stay

We had a conference at the nearby BMO Centre and wanted to find accommodations a short walk away. The check-in process initially seemed a bit daunting but ended up being a simple check-in through the front entry. Our condo was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect space for 3 co-workers to be able to enjoy the conference and a quiet space for downtime afterwards.
