Snazzy Suite on Trendy West-End by Prince’s Island

This one bedroom corner suite allows for lots of light to shine through during the daytime and in the evenings you can enjoy the lights of the city. With the open concept it's easy to feel connected to those you're travelling with.

We're available whenever you need us. Via the app, phone, text or we can drop by if needed.

In the heart of downtown Calgary. Easy access to Kensington, City Centre, Prince's Island Park, etc. Located within close proximity to the CTrain for easy travel throughout the city.

Please note we do not have cable. There is an Apple TV available so that you can access your Netflix account.
You're welcome to use the building amenities such as the gym.
You'll have access to the whole suite, the balcony, and the underground heated parking space.

The space feels quite large for a one bedroom.
When entering the suite you'll find a laundry space, entry closet for shoes and jackets, and the bathroom (flows through to the bedroom as well).

You'll enter the kitchen from there which flows nicely into the dining space and living area. The living area has a nice sectional (perfect for cuddling up in front of the fire). The tv does not have cable, however with the Apple TV you're able to access your Netflix account.

The bedroom opens up with two doors. Through the window you can view the balcony and off the bedroom you have a large walkin closet with lots of space for your belongings, including a dresser for anything you wish to tuck away. Walking through the closet you'll be able to access the bathroom (en-suite with access through the bedroom and the common space).

The kitchen has all the essentials including an espresso maker and french press. We supply all essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, plates, pots, pans, coffee, etc.

Public Transportation (extremely accessible).
Bring your car and you'll have a parking space.
Uber, Turo, Cab, Bike, Walking.

There is NO BBQ available for use
