Opened in 2011, this comfortable 4-star holiday home (available all year round) with a living area of ​​60 m² is located on a 1,000 m² plot. The local beach is about 600 meters away.   The modern 4-star hotel has a spacious open plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom.
