The upstairs apartment convinces with East Frisian cosiness and is located in the heart Harlesiels near the marina, home to numerous sailing ships and motor yachts. Just a few meters further you will find the sandy beach and the ferry terminal to the island of Wangerooge or the seal banks. On the other side, the spa center with swimming pool and spa area, the center of Carolinensiel and the historic museum harbor can be reached within a few minutes on foot. A parking lot is located in front of the house.

The tastefully furnished duplex apartment is located in the 1st. Floor and has a living room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A spiral staircase leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Therefore, the apartment is for an occupancy of a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years allowed. Okay! Zum schlafen reicht es...

Zum schlafen reicht es. Es ist zu wenig Platz für Kleidung, wenn mehr als zwei Personen reisen. Die Dachfenster lassen sich nicht komplett abdunkeln. Die Renovierung wurde sehr stümperhaft durchgeführt und die Deko eher Lieblos hingeklatscht. Ausstattung war für uns ausreichend. Die Waschmaschine steht quasi in der Toilettentür, so das diese immer mit viel Schwung/Kraft geöffnet oder geschlossen werden muss. Oder die Maschine etwas gekippt werden muss um die Tür zu schließen/öffnen. Die Tür zum "Schlafzimmer" ist eher provisorisch und sehr laut beim öffnen, wir haben sie offen gelassen, brauchten so kein Babyphone. Ein Reisebett war vorhanden. Wer mehr dekxen und Kissen braucht, kommt auf seine kosten. Die Lage ist ganz gut, allerdings ist der Stellplatz Recht weit entfernt, das sollte man beachten. Wie gesagt zum Frühstücken und schlafen reicht es. Die Damen in der Hausverwaltung sind sehr nett und Herren gerne wo es geht.

Sehr sauber; Komplett ausgestattet. Zugang über Wendeltreppe / Durchgang zum Schlafzimmer im Speicher sehr eng. Da wir alle aber sehr schlank sind völlig unproblematisch. Beschreibung des Objektes könnte besser sein. Die ruhige Lage und entsprechende Nähe zum Meer und Yachthafen war fantastisch. Gerne wieder.

Katastrophe...

Diese Wohnung entspricht nicht den Fotos die zu finden sind. In kleinster Weise ist der Preis/Nacht gerechtfertigt. Die Sauberkeit, wenn man davon überhaupt sprechen kann, war schlichtweg unter aller Sau! Die Reinigungsdamen mussten nochmal Hand anlegen. Das Schlafzimmer konnte nicht verdunkelt werden, da beide Rollos defekt, bzw. nicht fachgerecht befestigt waren. Das renovierte Bad, Dusche mit Vorhang, (warum keine Tür, die nicht am Allerwertesten klebt) war okay. Leider gab es kein Klopapier, sodass wir nach einer langen Fahrt sofort wieder losfahren durften, um etwas zu besorgen! Ein Spüllappen war vorhanden, der lag nass in einem Küchenschrank, wer weiß, was damit geputzt wurde... ich könnte noch ein paar Sachen aufzählen, da ist mir die Zeit aber zu kostbar... wir werden auf keinen Fall mehr dort buchen!!!

Die Wohnung zu finden: schwierig, denn die Bezeichnung "Strandläufer", 1. OG li wurde nicht mitgeteilt. Im Vorraum roch es muffig, die Treppe zur Wohnung: seit Wochen nicht gefegt - machten einen schlechten Eindruck. Das Schlafzimmer im DG - sehr warm. Das Foto im Internet hatte uns leider suggeriert, die Wohnung wäre im EG! Tatsache: kein Garten, kein Balkon - das haben vermisst. Die Lage ist aber super: ruhig, nah zum Siel, nah zum Strand und zu Fuß gut machbar zum Markt und Restaurants …
