This ground floor apartment is located in a quiet yet central location of Carolinensiel. The town, the spa center and the museum harbor can be reached in a few minutes on foot (about 8 minutes). From the museum harbor you can comfortably take the paddle steamer to Harlesiel to the beach or use the walk along the waterfront with many cafes to stay. The apartment has a beautiful south-facing terrace, a large fenced garden and a parking space on the property.

This approximately 65m² large, rustic ground floor apartment was renovated in late 2018 and has a large living room with fireplace (open) and a dining area. There is also a separate kitchen in the apartment with another dining table. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and offers a nice view of the garden. Another bedroom has two single beds. The spacious bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower, a bath and a toilet. In the basement you will find a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer.
