Get a $25 gift card to a local brewery with any new reservation for a stay between now and December 1st, 2023! You will be surrounded by mountains for hiking, biking and skiing as well as lakes and ponds for swimming, boating and fishing. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, open living, kitchen, dining area, family/game room plus beautiful mountain views! Amenities include 2 fireplaces, wifi throughout, outdoor firepit, gas grill, and hot tub! Summit Chalet is located in a quiet, private, mountain setting with beautiful views. Guests will be less than 5 minutes to local public boat launch and swimming access. Direct trail access for snowmobiling enthusiasts. A short 5-mile drive to Mt. Abram, offers alpine skiing, mountain bike park and entertainment all year long. Sunday River is an easy drive just 20 mins North with the best and biggest skiing in the East! Bethel 15 mins away offers dining, shopping, golf, a bowling alley, arcade, movie theater, gem museum and so much more. Hiking trails are nearly right outside the front door. Bucks Ledge is right around the corner offering family and pet friendly trail networks, easy to moderate options with vast mountain and water views. Just a couple miles away is another of our favorites, Maggie's Nature Park, a network of easy and moderate trails through a variety of forest types that provide several great views of the surrounding area from open ledges. If you are looking for more challenging options check out Grafton Notch State Park , a public recreation area. The state park occupies 3,129 acres surrounding Grafton Notch, the mountain pass between Old Speck Mountain and Baldpate Mountain. It also features waterfalls and picnic areas. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Great place to stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean, and had amazing amenities! It was a great location and close to Sunday River ski resort, and local breweries. My friends and I had an amazing time, and would definitely stay here again! The hosts even left snacks and chocolate with a kind card.

everything was perfect!
Loved this home in ME! Great location. So clean. Very cozy! Beautiful property with everything we needed for our vacation with two littles in tow! Close to so many hidden gems in Woodstock, Greenwood, Grafton Notch State Park. An hours drive to Portland! Make sure you hike Lapham Ledge at Bucks Ledge Trails for the full experience! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much.
