The property was completed in 2018 and comprises a total of 3 apartments as well as a penthouse. The penthouse has a size of about 100 square meters and will be handed over to our guests with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. In the parking deck are the paid, closed and covered parking spaces for your car (10 € per day / night). Per guest and night is from the city of Bad Neuenahr a tourist tax i. H. V. € 2.50 charged. This is payable on arrival.


Our spacious flats in the center of the spa town Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler in the Ahr valley invite you to relax and enjoy. Through the house elevator you can the apartments in the 1st to 3. Access to the upper floor of the object comfortably and barrier-free. The balconies are with their southwest design all day for sunbathing. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a "loft-like" living area with integrated fitted kitchen, the apartment is ideal for a four person occupancy.

For other guests, the full-fledged sleep system, which is integrated in the sofa of the living room, offers two additional overnight accommodations. The bed in the master bedroom has a size of 180cm x 200cm, the bed in the adjoining bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area have a size of 160cm x 200cm. The bathrooms are each equipped with a glazed and walk-in shower cubicle, sink and toilet. In addition, the main bathroom offers a bathtub with towel heating and in addition there is a urinal in the guest bathroom.

Our apartments are handed over to our guests with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Furthermore, we attach great importance to family friendliness and will gladly provide a cot or high chair if available. Pets are allowed only by arrangement.
