Newly built house in 2018. This is the upper floor apartment with balcony. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. On a total living area of 75 square meters there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a Finnish sauna and a tiled shower, toilet, storage room and a living and dining area with an open kitchen. In the living area we have another bed (sofa), talk to us and you are also welcome to travel with five people. Only the tenants are entitled to the kitchen and living room.

Nahe bei Hafen und Deich

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Sauna. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Fliegengitter sind bestens gegen die Mücken. Toll wäre beim Wäschepaket nich ein Topflappen oder mindestens ein dickes Tuch um die heissen Sachen aus dem Ofen zu nehmen. Liebe Grüsse

Ruhige Gegend, wer’s ruhig mag optimal .

Im Großen und Ganzen paar schöne Tage an der See gehabt , leider hat die Sauna nicht funktioniert was natürlich für uns ein klares minus ist , weil wir die Wohnung hauptsächlich wegen der Sauna gebucht haben. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zu dritt eine Woche in Fedderwardersiel verbracht. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, ist räumlich gut aufgeteilt. Die Sauna haben wir mehrmals benutzt. Den Rat, erstmal mit niedriger Temperatur zu starten, sollte man beherzigen. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr bemüht, uns mit Informationen zu versorgen, denn pünktlich zur Anreise wurde das Gebiet zum Risikogebiet erklärt. Wenig zur Erholung hat die Baustelle hinter dem Haus beigetragen. Tagsüber hat uns das nicht gestört, weil wir viel draußen waren, aber ausschlafen war nicht möglich. Eine wünschenswerte Anschaffung wären Fliegengitter, gegen die Mücken am Abend. Aber ansonsten ein klares *Daumen hoch* für diese Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung, leider nicht alles sauber

Moderne neue Ferienwohnung in super Lage: Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Deich und zum Krabbenkutterhafen Fedderwardersiel. Sehr gute Sauna! Leider war nicht alles sauber, Geschirrtuch und Fußmatte im Bad waren schmutzig, Sitzkissenbezüge ebenfalls.

Idyllisches, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in super Lage

Wir waren Mit zwei Kindern iIdyllisches, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in super Lagem Alter von fünf und neun Jahren unterwegs. Sehr positiv ist uns die kleine Spielkiste aufgefallen- Vielen Dank dafür. Auch die Sauna war exzellent, sauber und nach circa 35 Minuten auf 80° geheizt. (Nach weiteren 10 Minuten dann schöner 90-100) Die Umgebung war wie angegeben sehr ruhig, nah am Deich, und in 2 km Sandstrand inklusive Spielplatz erreichbar. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter empfehlen, da alles vorhanden, sauber, und ordentlich war. 😀😀😀😀
