Spring break our heart

We arrived at the property and had to dig our way into the house , called and they told me that that’s why there are snow shovels at the house , the driveway barley fit my full size truck was told there was room for four vehicles , Both porches were un accessible bc the snow was 4ft and up against the door .I felt the house should of been prepared for our arrival . In the book it states the shed has the big trash can but you couldn’t get to it bc it was blocked by snow , to top all that off there was no water pressure , when I say no pressure I mean no pressure . We couldn’t take showers or anything, our vacation was from 3/11-3/16 we left on the 13th in the morning and got a hotel . And the owner refused to give any money back we are now having to file a case through VRBO

Beautiful Home

Six of us spent five days/nights in this lovely home in Fairplay. It is spacious and nicely furnished. We never felt crowded. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We saw deer, a fox and a moose!

TERRIBLE MGMT & HOUSE ISSUES

Worst stay ever. Fire alarm detectors took 5 days to correct. Constant beeping night and day was torture! GFI outlets didn’t work downstairs, no cold water downstairs, and ZERO running water throughout the whole house the last night and morning. The local management was absolutely terrible in communicating and even had 2 days where we had to go back home to meet a contractor that never arrived 2 days in a row. Our first 2 days we spent away from the home because the beeping was so obnoxious and we were hopeful the issue would be corrected soon. Nope! The local management even questioned the beeping when I first reported it because “they just had someone change the batteries” (come to find out the detectors were hardwired and trying to find a signal so the contractor had to remove the hardwiring). I understand issues arise, but to be questioned, ghosted, and left without resources such as water was absolutely unacceptable. Vacasa did not provide the services I worked so hard to save up and pay for.
