This cozy house is located only 200 meters from one of the most famous sandy beaches of Athens, Artemida or Loutsa.

The house has a beautiful garden with flowers and trees, here you can spend many hours enjoying the peace and quiet in the shade of the trees. Have your breakfast on the second floor balcony and watch your children playing in the yard. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

The beach of Artemida can be easily reached on foot in 3 minutes, in some places it offers umbrellas and sunbeds. Restaurants and cafes by the sea are within walking distance. It is only 45 km to the center of Athens with Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Also explore Plaka, the old town of Athens and enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the restaurants in the area.
