Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointed
The concept presented by the owners was great for our needs and the location was adequate. The condos were not as advertised. They were not stocked with basic things. We had to purchase bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels ,laundry detergent, plates, eating utensils, these are just a few of the numerous items we had to buy. Beds were broken, chairs were broken tables were broken, blinds broken. The condos were dirty and there cockroaches in condo #2.
The owner contacted me because she heard there was an incident outside of unit 2 on Friday at 2:00 am. She basically accused us of being involved without first asking if we knew anything about it. I told her we were all asleep. She then backtracked and said it was a possible misunderstanding.
I have never use VRBO before but gave it a try because I've heard nothing but good things. This was a huge disappointment to me and my entire family. I hope you take this feedback as it is intended to ensure others are not as dismayed and disappointed as we were
